Josh started the job but never finished it. He made repeated excuses -- including that he hit a pipe, both of his mowers broke down, and that he was waiting on parts. Despite these delays, I stayed patient and respectful. I followed up multiple times, even through someone else, asking when he would finish. I got no response for days. When I finally heard back, instead of offering to complete the job, he demanded full payment upfront and said he wouldn't return until he was paid in full -- despite the work still being incomplete. Brush was left behind. The front was not fully weed-whipped. Yet he's now posting publicly as if I'm the one at fault? Let's be clear: I paid in good faith. I was patient and respectful throughout. The job is not finished. He did not follow through or communicate professionally. Now he's trying to publicly shame a client who held up their end of the agreement. This isn't about money -- it's about accountability and integrity. You don't get to rewrite the terms of a deal after taking payment and not completing your end. Diamond Mow Masters was willing and available to come out within a couple of hours to provide an estimate as well as begin work. for what it's worth, this is the friday before memorial day. the man that came out is "Jamie". Jamie mowed both my front and rear lawns, edged, got the grass coming through my cracked driveway, and cleaned up with a blower. he left no clumps on either lawn and was overall thorough with all of the service he provided. i feel that the lawn care provided along with what was charged was a great value. Diamond Mow Masters will now be my weekly lawn care service provider. Jamie let me now that he also provides landscaping services.

I decided to let you know this way that we no longer need your services. Edward Vernier and I were very happy that you took on caring for our lawn at the same price that Josh was charging us. It really helped us out with Edward being a disabled Veteran and us living on only his disablity. But it seems like you don't take much pride in your work or maybe you decided since we were a cheap cut for you you would do an awful job. Almost like I don't care because they pay me less so they get less. Well, let see what less means, you never noticed that grass or weeds were growing over on to the driveway or sidewalk. Never made attemp to weed wack that, how about every few feet along the fence I have grass that is like 3/4 inches tall and the rest is nicely trimed. I never saw you once do any trim around our barn, but what I did notice is the damage to the down spout when you hit it with the mower. I also notice how my grass (which there is not much of it)by the road wasn't being cut, it was getting pretty long. No trimming around my flower bed rocks, the grass has grown up as high as the rocks and you can't even tell there are rocks there, Tommy I could go on and on. I could even post pictures of all I have talked about and more (Pictures of before and after my lawn looked like, before you and after with you. Huge difference). It would really show the very poor job you have done at my home. I also see it being very disrepectful to a Veteran, to top it off a disabled Veteran, who can not mow his own lawn but would love to do it himself. But what really bothered the most about you is that you refused to answer my text message concerning what I wanted done. I even said I would even pay you more to edge my driveway and sidewalks. I should of realized that your comapany being only a 2 man crew I would of gotten a so so lawn service from you. Taking PRIDE in your work no matter if you have a small job or big job, higher paying or a lower paying job goes a long way. Word of mouth, also goes a long way. I could of passed your name around and got you some great jobs but as you see from this post that will never happen. After showing our pictures to another company they decided to do our lawn and take care of it better. They were shocked in the care you had for our lawn.
