Very happy with the people! Professional, friendly and simply nice people to deal with. The service writer was awesome and a pleasure to deal with. The mechanic that came in to talk to me was friendly and professional. GREAT JOB!!! I would recommend this dealership based on my dealing. Oh...and the people that checked me out helped me with the Ford points and did a great job.

The salesman said it may need new plugs and coil packs. Wow! he was correct only he left out how someone had used waterglass or some other sealant to fill the plug well up to the ceramic, making it impossible to remove the plug. I contacted the dealership and received an email saying that it was to old and had to many miles on it to receive any help. I recommend to anyone planning to buy from this dealership to get their own mechanic to check the vehicle. Now I have a vehicle not road worthy and still owe the bank....sucks to be me ...HUH

However, after a day of driving the vehicle there was a horrible sound coming from the vehicle again. I called them and told them about this issue and they claimed they had previously heard the noise but neglected to tell me originally about this. I still brought the car back the next day and they told me it was not a safety issue and not to worry about it at the moment as my original repair was so expensive we could wait. That day they did not see my vehicle as it was "not necessary." On my way home however my vehicle became dangerous to drive. I decided my car most definitely had an issue despite what they had told me. I attempted to take my vehicle back to this shop. Before I made it to Mcalester my car broke down fully in Hartshorne and I was terrified. Thankfully a local mechanic was able to look at the car and lo and behold it had loose and a few missing bolts within the brand new caliber on the font right side. My entire tire was shaking. I paid them for there service, and went back to Discount Wheel and Tire. They claimed they were no way to blame for this and had very cocky and arrogant customer service. They very hesitantly reimbursed me for the work, the other mechanic had to do in order to fix their mistake. Unfortunately, three days later my front left brake caliper is making a horrible noise now too. This is not okay. As a young woman I feel taken advantage of. Do not go here for anything! Especially if your female!

We purchased a boat from Prestin at Nine Powersports and unfortunately had a very negative…read moreexperience. The boat was misrepresented in several key ways -- including the engine, surf system components, upholstery, Bimini, and even the sound system, which was not in working order. Upon delivery, the boat was filthy and had not been detailed or cleaned as promised. It had also been towed with the tower down, causing damage to the tower, tower speakers, steering wheel, and window. We were told the boat "ran great," but when we put it on the water, that was not the case. Diagnostics later revealed mechanical problems that existed before the sale but were not disclosed. Communication and honesty throughout the process were very disappointing, and the level of misrepresentation left us feeling taken advantage of. I would caution anyone considering doing business with Nine Powersports to proceed carefully and independently verify all details before purchasing.
