    acrylic full set

i got a guy that did my nails. his attention to detail was spectacular. i got a full set with designs on every nail. he was very thorough with his work and they turned out exactly how i wanted. i will be coming back

Went for an acrylic set. Seemed very rushed and sloppy. Two of my nails are crooked from bad filing, and I asked for the color to be just the tip and he did the whole nail. Close to the end of my friend's appointment, a girl walked in and then left and 2 employees tried to chase her down! Just left a bad taste in my mouth for the highest rated salon on Google in GF. Will not be coming back.

Positives: I appreciated that they accept walk-ins. The place was clean and the color selection was large. Negatives: The quality of work they did was sloppy. You can still see part of my real nail underneath the dip powder. They're not smooth on top - uneven nail surface. And the clear coat started rubbing off after I left. I've always had dip powder done where the clear coat dries in 5 mins. They sat me down for 18 mins (there was a timer) to dry my nails under the UV lights/fan. When I left, the top coat started peeling off immediately. I do NOT recommend this place for a set of dip powder nails.

It's SO bad, I'd like to give it a zero, but that's not possible. So I give you... a 1! Seriously tho if you want acrylics and not stick on nails that fall off the same day, go anywhere else Sincerely, A girl who spent 80$ and 2 hours in these chairs ps the one positive is they kinda cute ngl.. until they start fallin

first full set I got there

TERRIBLE. I have only been here twice. The first time they were fast, and I got a full set and it ran me $65. Alright for a full set and design. The second time was absolutely terrible. They took about two hours for an acrylic fill. The man doing my fill cut three of my fingers and made them bleed (you can see the scabs in the second photo). Then had the audacity to charge $65 (plus tip) for it, and I got a simple design. These nails are press on quality, as they will just flip clean off. The acrylic turned yellow and bubbly. Their products are either old or bad quality, or both. DO NOT waste your time! They will also push you to leave them a good review on google.

Made an appointment without reading the recent reviews which was my first mistake.. was there for over an hour and my nails are very uneven and sloppy. Will not be going here again.

Got a perfect mani and pedi today at TD Nails! I love it here. Always great service.

I always come to TD Nails when I get manis or pedis. Or both. Today was no exception. I lobe the results

Didn't have high expectations coming because of the reviews but the reviews are better than this place is. Got an acrylic gel fill and they are chunky, uneven, and messy. The paint is all over the sides of my nails. It looks like I did them myself- but I paid $40 for them. Got cut and started bleeding on three separate nails. It's like she wasn't even trying. Very disappointed won't be coming back and DO NOT recommend.

    My poor finger :(

Got a gel manicure last weekend, that didn't even last a week. Also painted very sloppy. I won't be returning here.

Just walking in this salon compared to the other was so much better. Huge open space with 16 chairs and middle manicure stations. The chairs are so comfortable and have multiple settings so you can get a nice massage while sitting and getting your toes done. Me and my 2 girlfriends picked the spa pedicure for $30 and although I thought it was a bit pricey it did come with cutting and shaping nails, trimming cuticle, callous removal, sea salt rub and massage and warm towel wrap. They did a great job taking care of our feet and the polish job came out awesome as well. We will have to come back to get our nails done tomorrow while we are still visiting. Much better customer service than the other salon and we are glad we ventured over here.

We had to wait and were barely acknowledged. When we finally got in chairs there was no discussions about our services or anything. They did not show us any books or ask any questions. They did not talk to us but to each other and went very fast. NOT FUN OR RELAXING! We were both disappointed! I left with a piece of skin scraped off my heal. We deserved better for what they charge! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I've been a loyal customer at Elite Nails since June 2024, visiting every six weeks for mani-pedis…read more Initially, I was happy with my choice--the pedicures were relaxing, and the manicures were decent, though cuticle care could use improvement. Unfortunately, my recent experience on 12/28 has completely soured my opinion of this salon. Despite calling ahead for a 1:45 PM appointment, I wasn't seated until 2:00, and no one started my nails until 2:20. While I understand delays can happen, the lack of transparency was frustrating, especially since the male nail tech (chair #3) disappeared for a significant amount of time. I asked for a soft milky white color (similar to OPI's Funny Bunny) and showed a picture of a simple French design with a soft white base and white tips. Instead of working to accommodate my request, the staff turned my choice into an ordeal. There was constant chatter in their native language, paired with giggles and obvious side glances that made it clear I was being gossiped about. They seemed confused by "milky white" and instead of trying to clarify, the entire situation felt unnecessarily tense. When the male tech finally started, it went downhill fast. He used white dip powder but failed to remove the previous dip layer fully, leaving streaks and uneven patches. Then, he used a *metal* tip on the Dremel to smooth and buff the dip--a completely inappropriate tool for the job. Not only did it leave harsh streaks, but it burned my thumb cuticle so badly that it bled. I've been getting my nails done for 15+ years, and I've never experienced pain like that. The tech tried to cover the poor dip application with shellac, but it only emphasized the streaks and bare patches. My nails looked like a complete mess. By 3:00 PM, I'd had enough and asked to stop the service. The tech did not speak English, so the owners got involved. I calmly explained the issue was about *quality*--not the color--but instead of taking accountability, the owners kept pushing more "fixes." The male owner, though polite, suggested applying a full-coverage white polish to mask the issues. Desperate for something halfway decent, I agreed. The female owner took over, but her attitude was anything but professional. She was dismissive, rude, and pushy, insisting on filing my nails further even though I'd already been burned by the Dremel. When curing the polish, she forcibly shoved my hand into the light, causing the wet polish to smudge against the edges. It felt deliberate, as though she wanted to make sure I left even more dissatisfied. Despite everything, I wasn't charged for the service, but the final product still wasn't worth the time, stress, and pain I endured. On top of that, I didn't even leave with the result I was expecting and will now have to visit another salon to have the work redone properly. As you can see from the attached photos, the final result was sloppy, streaky, and an absolute disappointment. This isn't the first time Elite Nails has been pushy about their services. From the beginning, they've insisted on combining dip and shellac (claiming it's better for the nails) while cutting corners like skipping acetone removal and using the wrong tools. They push unwanted services and still expect top dollar and a tip, regardless of the quality of work. If you do visit, I recommend the tech in chair #8 (from Atlanta), who is friendly, speaks English, and does excellent work. But overall, this salon's lack of respect for their customers and inability to deliver quality service has made it clear I'll never return. Proceed with caution.

I'm feeling very indifferent right now about this place…read more We went here on a whim since others were booked. For a nail salon, They rejected almost everything we asked for, saying "We don't do that!" Please let me state that we are VERY low maintenanced. My daughters and I have been to several nail salons and get serviced regularly on our manis and pedis. We aren't the demanding type. I asked her to paint a flower on my big toe the same color as my smaller toes. The picture below shows what she did. It was orange not pink. My daughter, who never gets upset or fusses about anything, was livid after we left. And that says a lot!!! Conversation with one of the guy technicians was awesome. He was a very pleasant and awesome to talk to. One other women that finished our pedis was fine. The one lady that did our nail art acted like we killed her dog.......

I noticed there was this place just a few driveways over and decided I'd have to go in and make the judgment call from there. Well I'll be! This place is completely underrated! They offered me and the others inside a soda or a water while we were having our services done. When I arrived there were two customers being worked on and the male technician was happy to answer all of my questions about the various services. I was excited to see all of the great color palettes they had available! I didn't know much about the dip polish so he explained it to me and I decided to finally go for it. He let me know it would be a few minutes wait if that was okay. Within ten minutes another nail technician came over and set to work removing my old shellac gels (one nail had broken so it was time to get them redone!) Once that process was complete she set to work on my dips. I was so fascinated by the process and by how the nails looked afterward. I absolutely love them!
