The most valuable part of my ongoing business relationship is the immeasurable value of their expertise and their ability to convey the relevant concepts to businesses that may not have the accounting expertise in their own staff. Will be using Trent Tunstall's services year after year for the foreseeable future!

Their location isn't the best, but how often do you physically visit your insurance company? They always give me lots of notice if there are any changes in cost to my insurance. Customer service is always excellent. A few years ago, my old beater kicked the bucket and I called State Farm to get an insurance estimate for a new car. After giving me the estimate, they called back a few minutes later and offered to reduce the insurance on my old beater (since it was not physically possible to drive it), until I got rid of it or bought a new car -- which saved me about $50 in insurance costs at the time. They were also very understanding when I accidently bounced a payment by $2 a few years ago (My bad!! lol). Our premiums also seem low compared to friends' insurance payments -- maybe because we've never had claims. State Farm is definitely the way to go if you have a clean record.
