This is the worst TD Canada Trust I have visited to date. The location is terrible. Imagine driving by and seeing a big green TD sign, knowing you have a cheque in your wallet to cash and the time to do it. You think, "Great, everything is lining up perfectly! I'll just use their drive through services and get this done!" Well it's not quite as user friendly as it seems.
Let me walk you through my experience.
First, I drive up and see a parking lot on the left. I was fooled as this is in no relation to TD Canada Trusts parking. So I decide I'll just park and just walk across the lawn to the bank. Also wrong because I'm fenced in. So, now I'm waiting trying to make a left hand turn out of this parking lot but can't because it's busy and the cars are flying. So brutal.
I finally make my way into the TD parking lot and navigate my way through the drive through. Their touch screen is terrible! It doesn't recognize the buttons selected and randomly picks other selections for you. It's like when your cell phone is water-damaged; you try to use a single key but it presses 100 other keys at the same time. Like this, dsfiuwefiuewqnroimqwdlm28478324. K thanks TD for the headache and the angry line up cars behind me.
I wish you the best of luck if you must make a left turn out of this parking lot. It's probably best to avoid between 12-2pm week days and all day on weekends. read more
