When I went into the bank to complain, the impersonal bank manager slandered/defamed me in front of staff and then openly retaliated against me for complaining even though the other employee (M. Phan) disagreed with her. AND EVEN AFTER that BB continued to retaliate by continuing to allow transaction to post to my account with anegative balance. This is easily the most anti-customer friendly, thug-like and dispicable bank I've ever dealt with. They have multiple legal claims, including DOJ investigations for faciliating a Ponzi Scheme. TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT of this bank or you might lose it. They now have another CLASS ACTION lawsuit against them for junk fees and deceptive banking pracitces. I will be filing a case against them and complaints with Mass. AG and the DOJ.

When I tried to set up a web account it became clear that the Union linked another account holder's phone number to may account & I was unable to create a login for weeks. Then there were a number of security compromises through the website. When I tried to change my address I was told that I would be sent an electronic form to change it & the link led to no webpage. A number of contacts to the email with link went unanswered. Most recently I tried logging in to find out I'm locked out & need to answer a security Q. After checking the email account on file & my phone I found no email or text from the Union. To sum it up, if you value your time & personal information look for another credit union

It truly impacted my life as I had two deaths in my family etc. I paid-off Greylock FCU as the loan defaulted. The debt is paid-in full as of 30 May 2025. Even though I called at least 4 times, sent 6 letters, and a number of emails the bank still has not provided a letter. This has impacted my career. I paid thousands for a car I only had for a month. I am overseas for work and can't just go to the bank. It is awful service.
