They're quick to charge you fees and extend you credit when your credit is perfect but when it's not forget it. I've had a mortgage with them for over 13 years and always paid it on time. Now I've fallen on a temporary financial hardship they offer nothing for options or assistance other than reporting my payment as late to the credit bureau and ruining my credit.
