Let me start by saying the Staff are amazing here. Very helpful and friendly people and this review has nothing to do with them. The problem with this location is the hours. I walked into the bank and waited in line to have something notarized. The teller told me to sit down and "the woman sitting over there would be right with me". After sitting for over 20 minutes, "the woman" gets up and begins to leave. I asked if she was the notary at which point she says.. "no.. I don't even work here". She redirects me back to the bank teller who tells me that she is the notary and it will be at least an hour.. and for me to just go to UPS.. I explained that I always use this bank for notary at which point she tells me there is only one person working as she's standing with TWO other tellers. In that time of making me sit.. arguing with me I'm pretty sure she could have notarized my one piece of paper that I need for medical reasons! Shame on you. For reference I was in at 1:20 pm on Thursday, January 19, 2023 if anyone would like to speak to the notary who won't notarize. I have a trust at this bank that will be transferred out ASAP. read more

Waited 20 minutes in my car after checking in and had to leave without being serviced. The queue said I had 0 people in front of me. Totally irritated. Not coming back to this branch ever. read more

Patty and the staff at TD in Sayville have been professional, friendly and helpful to my businesses in town.

Staff is rude especially lady with long dark hair at teller. What an attitude. Sign up for an account anywhere else!! Doesn't inform you of basic information when signing you up for account and holds checks for 9+ days with new accounts. Better off online banking for the service you get here cause there is none. No one "knows" when anything is gonna happen just work like little robots not helping customers figure out answers. With responses like "it'll be released when the computer says". Lastly the app has a secure message center saying they will answer within 24 hours and still haven't answered a message from last week. read more

Most horrible experience with Patty the manager, she completely manipulated my words and actually signed me up for debit card advance when I specifically verbally told her that I had no desire to sign up for it, I have banked with TD for over ten years and never enabled this feature! I had complete confidence in the sayville branch, being a local from Sayville, they had become very familiar with me and I to them. I had checked my balance one day and realized the bank had taken 1400$ out of my account in fees over the course of 16-days (charging me a total of 41 times) and when I went back to the root of the problem in Sayville's TD location, they were absolutely no help what so ever and led me to believe they were working on the matter with a regional manager for two weeks, when I tried to reach Patty over the two weeks span, she gave her coworkers messages to rely to me but would not be "bothered" to speak to me. When I finally got a hold of her She was rude, manipulative unsympathetic and held no responsibility for her own negligence. I was dealing with a women who has questionable morals during a time where I was asked to give thanks and had prayed for a better outcome, giving her the benefit of the doubt. I write this review in hopes that no one else will be manipulated by this lady! I have had to bite the bullet as a full time college student who worked Long and hard over the summer months to support myself during the semester (which I'm sure many can relate) Don't let this happen to you!! read more
