Over the past 5 years I have experienced the worst customer service that a bank can POSSIBLY offer (I hope). I had debit cards lost in the mail (multiple times), RANDOM fraud alerts locking my funds (multiple times), associates saying "it will take 5 business days" for almost everything, and just a total indifference from the employees about everything. I honestly COULD NOT get an answer from these people about the issues I was having. So I withdrew every cent I owned from that bank and opened a Navy Fed account... Then I got notification after notification, about my overdrafts and the fees. I simply ignored them (like they did to me) and then they closed the accounts. So thank you! For finally closing the accounts I had there you arrogant worthless assholes.

I have been a Premier Customer of Wells Fargo for over 30 yrs. I needed to order personal checks…read morewhich I just received from their third party vendor HARLAN . The checks arrived, which is a smaller amount than before, but that's okay. BUT what was NOT included was a check register. I was not told this at the time of the reorder. So, when I called Customer Service at Wells, they informed me it is no longer included in your check order. She informed me to call a 3rd party like AMAZON to get a register. Obviously, this costs money and it use to be free for us Premier customers. I am a senior citizen and now looking to take my money elsewhere because of this nickel and dime operation. Plus Bezos is making more money off of this non customer friendly operation of WELLS FARGO.

After standing in line for 10 minutes, the rep said she couldn't do it because I wasn't an account holder at QNB. It was 5:45pm on Monday, 5/24/21. I explained that I've gotten quarters from them a few times and never had an issue. The rep said "yeah no sorry". Where is the customer service? I just don't understand how people like this have jobs in customer service. Please re-educate your rep that was on this day. She shouldn't be able to speak to customers like that.

I usually went to the one on Allentown and Forty Foot Road since it was 5 minutes down from my home, but if I was closer I would easily have come here. The lobby was nice and a decent size, the staff was always friendly and talkative and they remembered me even when I was in every once and a while. There was plenty of parking, and it was in the corner of the shopping center and there wasn't much traffic, making it easier to enter and leave. I would recommend using the exit onto West Orvilla Road, getting onto the backroad is easier than dealing with Cowpath and there is a light to go to Cowpath need be. Though I am no longer with TD, I will say that this was my favorite TD location of them all and thats saying something.

I like First Savings Bank overall, but like any bank, they have issues that crop up. I inquired…read moreabout an issue with my account and was told by the teller (Jim) that he would hold a check payable that I was depositing into a disabled relatives acct (also at First Savings) so that it would not post until the following day. I was there around or just prior to 3pm, which is typically the daily cut-off. After 3 pm. it will post the following day. It was important that this check I was depositing--payable from my acct.--into my relatives account, post the following day, as I was expecting another check to come in against my acct. If both checks posted simultaneously that day, I would bounce. I had a deposit coming in the following morning--therefore it was very important that the check I deposited post the following day. I was assured it would, or I would have waited until the following day to deposit it! Much to my chagrin, when I got home later that nite to check my acct I saw the check they promised to hold, had already posted, and the other outstanding check came through as well putting my acct into the negative. Grrrr... So of course I received a $35 overdraft fee. It could have been a lot worse! I called and explained the situation, the teller I spoke with said he would see what he could do..but long story short.. NOTHING. They refused to remove the $35 overdraft fee. Frankly this is b.s. Jim has always been courteous as a teller, but promises should not be made that won't be kept. Then if you screw up, you should take care of the mess. Typical bad bank attitude, "we're never at fault and you should have known better, who cares what we told you, we are not removing the fee. Goodbye." It's called legal crime! They steal your money all day long through fees. Tell you one thing and do another. I noticed the post times at banks can fluctuate and it seem to always be in their favor..Not cool

Most banks mercilessly charge fees, but since merging with Provident Bank, I've actually RECEIVED $140.02 in cash back for using my debit card (that's just four months). They also have free coffee and a machine that automatically counts coins (no fee for that, either).

We banked with QNB for years and when we went to refinance, they would not give us as good of a rate as the competitor across the street. We had to go to Wells Fargo for a personal loan AND a refinance. QNB would do neither for us at a good rate. On numerous occasions, QNB posted money to our account coming in from a direct deposit only to pull that money back for some reason they can't explain and let payments bounce, then post the money back the next day. When I called to get an explanation, the managers and tellers were rude and talked to me like I was a child.
