Td bank is the worst bank I have ever had. While the reasons are extensive, most recently they shut my card off. I have 26k in their bank. Fraud detection, I get it. Got it turned on, waited the requisite 5 minutes, hit the ATM again. I heard the cash Counting. Ok. Cash doesn't come out. Screen says can't give me card back. Machine refused next 3 customers. I watched it happen. Next morning they tell me they can't print a card, must be mailed. Say hey, the machine eats cars, tough bleep I guess. Except I AM MOVING OUT OF STATE AND MAIL DOES NOT COME TO MY HOUSE ANYMORE!!! I now use my phone wallet, but IT DOES NOT WORK ON ATMS!!!! Bank does not give a bleep. Go to another bank. Any bank. Do not subject yourself to the BS of TD bank. Unfortunately star ratings don't have a negative. read more

Thankfully, I only needed to send one quick email, and Sarah was right on top of it! It was super helpful as I had my 4 year old trying to get me off the phone! Honestly, anything more than one email with quick picture attachment and I would have needed to wait for my boyfriend to get home to deal with the technology part of the process!
