    Fix your damn atms already they either don't work or you can't deposit any cash. It's ridiculous.

    Sooooo taken back by the way the manager in this branch handles herself....or chooses NOT to handle…read moreherself properly!! Actually, I have not been impressed much at all with Ocean First Bank since they took over Sun National a few years ago. But for a select few girls who have kept the Shrewsbury Branch and this West Long Branch afloat, the only other reason I still maintain my accounts with this bank is because it would be a bit difficult to move my many business accounts to another bank. I have already moved much of my personal money elsewhere! So, as a business owner I have to get change on a regular basis. As a courtesy, I "call it in". THAT is a courtesy....not a necessity!!! I feel like I am an inconvenience to your bank, being asked if I am making deposits that same day, as well. (because I make an absorbent amount of deposits and this takes time). Now, I would understand if this was only during COVID, however this has been going on far longer, I assure you!! Just a question, but without my business, and customers as myself, do you and your staff have a job??? Today was icing on the cake for me!! I again made many deposits AND needed a large cashier's check....close to the same amount that I needed JUST YESTERDAY! The check was made out to the exact same person, in almost the exact same amount. I was not even questioned and the non pleasant manager signed the check. TODAY....she was in what I call "her mood".....as she is often. (Those are the days when sometimes she acknowledges me, sometimes she doesn't, sometimes she throws daggers, sometimes she stands next to a teller to oversee the amount of work I've brought for them...it's her condescending way of letting me know she's "in charge" and unhappy I'm there). Well, today, when I signed the paper for the cashier's check I imposed 2 numbers....she made me wait and wait instead of just asking me if possibly I made a mistake?? I'm in there minimally 2x a week. She came to me and said "we found it, you confused the first 2 numbers". "Ok", I said. (I mad a mistake...I'm human...I switched 2 numbers around....can I tell you how many times they've screwed up???) Then, out of nowhere she says ...."and who is this check for"..... WHAT DID SHE SAY???? Now I'm aggravated, but I had a few minutes to think about how she approached me, how she said it and THAT WAS IT! I hit the button on the teller window and said "you didn't ask me yesterday who the check was made out to" and she said "it was to your husband".....ummmmmm NO IT WASN'T!!!! Here's the moral! She doesn't do her job, she doesn't pay attention, she wanted to bust my chops, so she did....well I let HER HAVE IT!! I told her don't ever tell me what to do with my money! Welcome to your 2020 review Ocean First! So disappointed in your West Long Branch Bank!

    LIVID with Bank of America ATM ATE $400 CASH AT: 8 Industrial Way E, Eatontown, NJ 07724 on SAT.,…read more6/22/24, AND IT IS STILL NOT IN OUR ACCOUNT THOUGH WE WERE ADVISED IT WOULD BE THIS MORNING! I CALLED BECAUSE THE CVLAIM LETTER SAYS IT WILL BE IN ON WEDNESDAY, 4/26/24! My husband went with cash and the machine initially took just $320 and spit out the last $80 (Qty. 4: $20's) and then slurped the last $80 of the $400 in and didn't post any of it. The machine spit out a receipt that the transaction couldn't be completed and to call (claim) number on receipt! We filed a claim on the phone and the woman (Clara) never put it through such that it was visible on my online acct nor did we receive an email so we spoke to Dan in Texas who did another one. Both Claims reps assured us our money would be in the account this morning and it is NOT! I called in at 8:01 when they opened and got a snotty woman who advised, "It will be in the account some time today." I responded, "That's not a good enough answer! I should not have been told it would be in the account this morning and it is not here when I am -$180.80 in my account. I asked for a supervisor 3 times and she not only refused but gave me the ole', "My supervisor will just tell you the same thing." I hung up. I called back and after 27 minutes holding, got Carlos in TX who transferred me to his "Manager: Cameron in NY" who advised he could not help me but added that he would give me a warm transfer to a person in the claims department who can better assist me, AND THEN HE PUT ME IN THE QUEUE!!! I am now on hold, after speaking to an inept woman who mumbles named Zoe in Arkansas who is trying to get her supervisor. WE ARE DOOONNNE WITH BANK OF AMERICA. Other than Sovereign Bank or Wells Fargo, can anyone recommend a good bank in the area?
