I was with state farm for quite a while, but then I got switched to Mr. NeverThere. I have not…read moreheard from him a single time after making many attempts to talk to him in the past 2 years. One time I was able to get his secretary on the phone and she said Mr. NeverThere "wanted to talk to me about my plan" I told her that he can call me and we can chat. She said "No. You have to make an appointment with him. Then come to his office, he is too busy to talk to people on the phone"...so we never talked. As of two months ago he increased my monthly rate by $50 for no reason. He also sent me paperwork regarding how and why I should leave StateFarm if I don't agree to the price increase. When I contacted Statefarm directly they said he put in the price increase with no details and they too were very confused as to why he did that. I was told I needed to sort it out with Mr. NeverThere. So I canceled, and switched to Progressive and I pay less for better coverage. I been with Progressive for 2 months now. He just sent me a bill. Mr. NeverThere seems like a rare ghost type pokemon with high evade points. His main attack is *the avoid work shuffle*, his special attack is *random price increase* and on full moon nights he has a *lure to office* buff. I'll give him +1 start because every time I see his photo it makes me giggle, he looks like a pokemon.

A year ago moved to PA from out- of- state and was astonished that our former national insurance…read morecompany absolutely did not offer competitive pricing. Not only did State Farm Insurance offer the car and home insurance at $1000 less than Amica's bid, but our State Farm agent, Loren Lightfoot, was on top of every detail and the last minute revisions that were necessary. Can't say enough for the consistent presence of State Farm, even checking in and more recently, offering car insurance rebates during CoVid.

This guy is the worst. He filed taxes for my husband and I in 2015 & failed to report half our…read moreincome. We got a letter from the IRS a year later and have been paying back taxes ever since. When we confronted him with the error, he did refile for us, but no refund for his (very costly) services was ever offered. Just yesterday, we received a letter from the state tax board stating the we also underreported to them for the same year. So even though Venuti refiled our federal taxes to ameliorate his error, he ignored the state returns. Was it ultimately our responsibility to double check our returns? Of course. But who would imagine that a CPA could be so totally incompetent as to make such a huge, glaring error? When we took all our paperwork to a new CPA, we were informed that Venuti took some rather unusual deductions that would cost us more in the long run. Speaking of which, that's what you should do instead of using this guy: RUN.

This guy Ralf Reinberg filed my taxes without my consent! I somehow had too many questions he…read morecouldn't answer and went ahead and filed without my signatures maybe because I was asking for my money back. He had no idea that my taxes were prepared differently than the year before by his own company. He just seemed to not want to deal with it. I could not believe this guy would do this. He somehow used a pin number, and I'm not sure how he could do that. Maybe it was from the previous year? At first, I didn't feel comfortable that they wouldn't let me review the returns until I paid them, but when I finally reviewed them, there were errors and a huge tax bill I had ever seen. They didn't catch the proper deductions. When I discussed this with Ralf Reinberg, he just made that one correction. That's when I asked for an extension to have them reviewed by another accountant. I had no issues the first year, but in the second year, our taxes were completely prepared differently than the last year. When I called back he would disguise his voice and never returned my phone calls. I had to have my taxes amended as the second accountant said that they had placed my deductions on the wrong schedules and prepared them completely incorrectly - not even sure if they did that on purpose or if they really don't know what they're doing. Do NOT use this guy at all! He's an all-around bad person.
