Finally, sees Us and tells me that their system was down and that currently they do it via computer. I was like okay this is new. She proceeded to ask for documentation which was provided. We signed and she signed. My husband and I asked for the seal on this legal document and she informed us that the state of Maryland doesn't require it anymore. She only need the computer to check if we had a saving account. Made us wait for that now we have to go to a notary that will have seal. Don't go here such a waste of time. Bank of America is losing its customers service.
