Convenient bank location near the Holland Tunnel, and hours are reasonable. Ben there has helped me at the teller or through the drive-thru, as well as questions with safe deposit boxes (which they have available), CDs, and loans. They have a coin machine, which used to be free for all, now free just for customers of the bank with an account, but 6% for all others. Down side is that often it's not working properly because it gets jammed or stuck. Watch yourself in the parking lot. People zoom back and forth from the A&P, Papa John's, and Best Buy here. read more

Americas most convenient bank? not even close. Went in for some quarters and they wouldn't exchange with me unless i opened a new credit card with them. How is that convenient? How is that legal? Is my money not green? what a joke, at least I know to never open an account here if they can't even get the most simple convenience correct without trying to get a subscription out of me. i shudder to think what actually banking with these people would be like, avoid at all costs has this tactic ever actually worked on anyone? who was so desperate for quarters they fell for this ridiculous demand and took a hit to their credit score over a fistful of quarters? what does TD Bank possibly get from alienating potential customers and burning up free goodwill and public relations Just a suggestion but maybe if you actually start helping people who come in and being americas most convenient bank in action not just slogan, maybe just maybe you would actually convert some of those people into loyal td bank card and account holders wow look at that, Bank of America managed to give me quarters in all of 2 minutes. they didn't require anything of me! did it all with a smile and professionalism, wow that is how a company who cares about their reputation operates. i will absolutely consider bank of america when i next go to open an account! I can see that they value my time and my business, and they are actually convenient! read more

Lines during COVID here are extremely long no matter the time it seems but the staff are doing their best. Unfortunately you cannot make an appointment for things such as certified checks so you are forced to wait online and then talk to a person regarding personal information through a speaker, which I am not a fan of. I understand keeping their staff safe but I wish they would come up with a better system. read more

TD Bank - All the banks have a ridiculously long wait to go to a teller . Line here better than bayonne - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Jersey City, New Jersey

Cash is always available for withdrawal and lots of locations in case one is busier than the others. Appointments are professional and they give you what you need such as cashiers checks and setting up new accounts. They are good with kids too! read more

Stood and waited 5 mins for 4-5 tellers that weren't busy to tell me to wait in another busy line. To have that many tellers all doing nothing thats pretty ridiculous. read more

I hate it here. What bank branch doesn't have a coffee machine?? Every time I come here, they tell me to call customer service. Like, I tried that! Don't you think I'd rather take care of my business at home on speakerphone instead of having to come here? Then I call customer service AGAIN and they tell me to go to the branch. I'm really not sure whose end the problem is on but I'm going to assume both. This review is about TD generally, but I do think the branch itself deserves a low rating bc they tell me to call customer service before I've barely had time to tell them what I need. And their lights have a ton of dead flies in them. Gross. 1 star for a somewhat clean carpet and a semblance of friendliness. read more

I'm writing this review here in the hopes that at least one person sees it and goes elsewhere. This branch has wildly incompetent staff, to the point that I'm absolutely terrified to think how much money goes through their hands. I attempted to file a fraud report here TWICE after my identity was stolen a few weeks ago. The first time, the employee I talked to took photocopies of my paperwork, looked me dead in the eyes and said that it was filed. Come to find out a few days later that he did no such thing. Round 2 was with another person altogether, and he not only filed it incorrectly, but never sent the second scan of my info over to the fraud department. This was after 2 weeks of sweating out the investigation process and having essentially no money. This wasn't tellers just hanging out at the counter, these are the guys with the desks who help people do all manner of things with their financials, but they're barely qualified to pump gas. My problem was ultimately solved by tearing ass up the customer service ladder, but I wouldn't trust this branch with my laundry. I implore you to avoid. read more

If there's an option for me to give zero or minus star, I would do. The worst banking experience. Not customer friendly at all. Especially Jaime the customer service who doesn't know how to service. I recommend Chase or Citibank instead. read more

A hugeeeee thank you to Mary Riviera, a life saver. Helped me out quickly and a great costumer service!

This is the closest TD bank to my apartment and I really wish I had one a bit more convenient for me. The staff is friendly but they tend to be really slow and take their time. I was stuck in a line for 20 minutes and there was only 1 person behind the counter. I saw a few TD bank employees walking around and they would sometimes come and help, but after one customer, they would go in the back. The bank manager should make sure to get customers tended to and out the door as fast as possible. No one wants to be waiting at the bank when they have other errands to run. read more

Just left the branch after speaking to the manager about a complicated issue we're having. Not sure if they will be able to resolve our issue but still had to write a 5-star review for the time she took to listen to our situation and the compassion she had for it. We may switch to this branch! And we're hopeful that the cherry on top is that they'll be able to help our situation as well. read more

The worst td bank in the country. By far! The people who work here are lazy and slow. The most frustrating experience I've ever had

This td bank is the worse I have ever been to. I came in for a notary when td bank opened at 11am on a Sunday. It is now 11:37 am the person has not showed up. This bank is very unprofessional, they do not take in account you might have other things to do today. I will no longer be banking with td bank garabage bank. read more

Everyone & TD Bank are extremely helpful! Eder Abad & Susanne Nieto thought outside the box to help me. Kudos to both of them!!!

On a Friday at around 3:30pm I walked into this branch and received 5-star customer service assistance. I was in the process of receiving a wire transfer to my TD account from a non-TD account based out of the mid-west. Fatima and Raj were instrumental in calming my nerves, assuring me when the transaction was safely completed with the money in TD's hands. They then followed-up with a phone call at 6:30pm that same day when the funds were successfully wired to my personal account. Thank you Fatima and Raj, you were fantastic and made the process very easy! read more

I don't bank here myself but had to come here to make a deposit at the tellers. I saw one banker working, or barely working. There were two tellers who were both helping customers and 2 people standing in line (me being one of them). When it came to my turn, the teller mumbled "next" while looking at the wall. I didn't even realize he was talking to me. He didn't say hit to me when I walked up and literally conducted the transaction, handed me a receipt and left me to walk away. Where is the customer service in this place? read more

So far so good. Friendly customer service - however, I use them for very non complicated services.

Opened up a business act here and Stephanie Burgos was super helpful. Explained everything and was even interested in what I do. I would give her a 5 star but this is a review for the bank and I'm still not happy with the bank entirely. As one of their representatives never called me back after 2 messages I left. Thank you Stephanie keep up the good work :) read more

Beyond awful. This place has employed that ignor customers and while they gossip with each other in the corner. Lied to me, or were just completely incompetent when it came to matters regarding my account. When I asked them why there was a discrepancy I was basically told they weren't going to do anything about it. On top of all that private information about my account was talked about directly in front of people that I never gave permission to have. Completely unprofessional and awful branch. If you're reading this just take your business to a different bank. read more

I've been a customer for almost four years at this location and the team here are always friendly. That's a huge positive as the turnover in staffing at this location is high. The usual faces disappear and new ones come up ever so often. I've dealt with Mr. Yu on many occasions and he has always been friendly and professional. He persuaded me to refinance my mortgage with TD instead of Wells Fargo and that was one of the best financial decisions I have ever made. I have more time and money to play golf now that I'm saving on my mortgage payments! Thanks Mr. Yu! read more
