If you're looking to kill time, this bank is definitely the one for you. Want to turn a 5 minute…read moretask into one that takes 30 mins-1 hour minimum (and that's if you're lucky)? Well come on down. Doesn't matter if you're using the drive thru, the ATM, or going directly into the branch- there is a long line. As others have stated, the ATM does in fact shut off at 6 PM- the same time the bank does on weekdays- which seriously does defeat the purpose of having one in the first place. The parking lot is absolutely a crowded mess 24/7 and the officer stationed there to control it isn't exactly the gentlest soul. Inside seems understaffed for the high volume this location receives since it is the only one in Homestead. The tellers and bankers are ok but definitely not as great as you'd find at other locations. I try not to come here unless I have to.

Conveniently located in a corner surround by three other busy corners full of shops, restaurants and service stations. The Florida Turnpike is less than 1 minute away to it's immediate West and North. I like to use the walk in ATM inside the front lobby and I like the door lock system that unlocks using your ATM card. I've never had any safety issues, coming here day or night. I was just there today to complete a transaction (7/17/17) and I noticed a manger attempting to help a mother and son, clearly after business hours. Of course they spoke through locked doors but he could not given them the time of day either. Great jobs guys! Because you did that without knowing if anyone was observing it.

They were involved in the community just like their name. When Centerstate bought them out that was gone fast. What was the Board of Directors thinking???!! The employees look sad now when they didn't before. Centerstate even bought out First National but they weren't very good. I stayed with the Centerstate accounts because 1) there's lots of them around, 2) the other banks aren't very good either, and 3) The hassle of changing accounts over. If Centerstate would really get what they say they are I'd be a happier customer and their employees would be happier!
