This lady was polite and nice but seemed to know nothing about any of the bank accounts we asked about. We finally asked about a checking account and one of the older ladies said you know you have to actually have money to earn interest, and if we want to know anything call customer service. Apparently we did not look rich enough for them and they are too lazy to know there own job. This is why bank branches are closing and going online.

Business banking services are also on-point. Some causes for concern recently: 1) all but one lane on the drive-thru have been replaced with ATMs. Again, one of the reasons that I like this branch is the personal HUMAN attention. I believe that automation is the wrong way to go.
