They don't accept card payments and didn't even provide a receipt, which raises some questions. We went as two mothers with two young children (1 and 3 years old). The kids made a bit of a mess on the table, but we cleaned it up. However, we couldn't perfectly clean the spilled liquids on the floor since we didn't have a mop with us. Despite apologizing for this, we were scolded harshly. They showed no understanding, even though we had small children with us. I will never go back there again, not even pass by. Die Kinder haben den Tisch ein wenig verschmutzt, aber wir haben ihn sauber gemacht. Die Flüssigkeiten auf dem Boden konnten wir jedoch nicht perfekt reinigen, da wir keinen Wischer dabeihatten. Trotz unserer Entschuldigung wurden wir schroff zurechtgewiesen. Sie zeigten keinerlei Verständnis, obwohl wir mit kleinen Kindern dort waren. Ich werde nie wieder dorthin gehen, nicht einmal daran vorbeigehen. Dieser Ort hat keinerlei Mitgefühl oder Freundlichkeit für Kinder - unbedingt meiden!

Occasionally they change up the Laugen Brochen which aren't as good as their normal batch. The coffee is Hochlande which is a nice coffee blend. You can also get a very nice breakfast/brunch here.

There's nothing like smelling freshly-baked breads and rolls in the morning for sure. It opens at 6:30 every morning except on Sunday (closed). Upon entering the shop, we were greeted by a very nice lady who appeared very eager to take your orders behind the counter. I always have some difficulty on deciding which rolls to try, but I particularly like rolls with lots of seeds, so I chose several with pumpkin seeds on them. I was not disappointed. Prices are very reasonable like you pay at a supermarket, but why bother buying them at a supermarket when you can buy fresh ones at a bakery for about the same price?? Not to say they sell freshly-baked goods at some bigger supermarkets... We enjoyed those rolls for our breakfast very much. It's very nice to have a bakery within a short walking distance in your neighborhood!!
