Yes, the evening began with a semi-civilized dining on plates of predetermined authentic regional appetizers including meats, tartar, cheeses, crackers, and breads. The full slim glasses of Kolsch and wines kept arriving and delivered without request. FINE SERVICE INDEED! The main course Sauerbraten much of the same with beautiful and delicious Schnitzel, Sauerbraten, Spaetzle, Laberkason, Red Cabbage, and Cheesecake for desert. Service was outstanding and on spot. The Kobe's were quick to serve another beer as soon as your glass got low.
