I believe the business owner if she is in fact the business owner is rude and very unprofessional. This company was trying to deliver something to my 19 year old daughter one of the workers came to my house asked for my daughter by first name only and My 70 year old mother told them she was not home, the girl left did not say anything else so of course it did not seem right to my mother. A month or two have passed and the girl came back telling my 70 year old mother that it was confirmed that my daughter lived at my house and they wanted to talk to her my mother said she was not there note the employee refused to give my mother any information as to why she was looking for my daughter. Who in their right mind is going to give someone who does not identify themselves or tell what they are needed with or what they need from the person they are looking for any kind of information on a family member especially a daughter. Then when I asked for the employees name Patricia refused to give it to me I asked for the employees supervisor Patricia said she was so she Patricia proceeded more less to call my 70 year old mother a liar. There was another adult sitting in my living room who heard the whole conversation. I am not sure how they run their business but you do not go to some ones home looking for their child and not expect to identify yourself or state your business the employee did not even mention she worked for this company and was not in a uniform. My daughter is out of state with school and this Patricia person had the nerve to call her and get rude and hateful with her. NOT COOL YOUR COMPANY SUCKS! YOU SHOULD TAKE BUSINESS CLASSES AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER AND TO AT LEAST IDENTIFY THEY WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY I am sure this Patricia Arnold would not freely share information about her family member to a complete stranger. Whoever this creepy person is but let's get this situation straight first. Some unidentified person called my house requesting information on something that I don't know or have any involvement with. I politely asked her not to call me anymore about any bullshit. Whoever this person is claiming to work for Marshall Independent School District and is representing them in an incident that happen 4 years ago. (Tammy). Funny that no one in this district has heard of her or her employment with them. When you threaten someone about serving papers and follow thru to come on their job to do it. You need to have your stuff together. If you are representing the district why was you asked to leave the premises? And I guess she thought it was cute and attach 10.00 dollars to it. You better keep it because you are going to need it. Then on 4/19/2018 you had the audacity to come to my house with those same papers when I wasn't there leaving an unidentified sticky on my front door. Lady don't come looking for me because you're not sure who you looking for. How do you expect someone to answer questions when they don't know who they are speaking to. You are very rude, unprofessional, and if this is your business (Tammy) you guys need training. The sticky is also unprofessional. This company is anything but professional. When they requested prepayment since we were a first time customer I simply asked what their protocol was if they were unable to obtain service after we had issued payment (our firm has never been asked to do this before). She rudely told me to "do my research" and to "find somebody else. Good luck with that!" We will obviously never use or suggest this rude business to anyone.
