The store is very clean and the air conditioning is working well. Today is 96° and some area stores have no a/c. The employees are some of the best at this type of shop. We've been to them all. I prefer their mission over Goodwill and have been thrifting and donating at these stores for years. I thought this location would have more but it was good. I didn't find any must haves so just dropped off my donations and picked up a tax/donation certificate. I always encourage donating over trashing, plus it's a good cause. Spoke with two employees during my stop and both were friendly and helpful. It's a thrift store so decent prices. Some better than other items. I definitely recommend this store but there are several around central Ohio. Health, Housing, and Human Services is what the do and proceeds from the stores and donations help support the cause. VOA programs help veterans, at-risk youth, the elderly, men & women returning from incarceration, homeless/unhoused individuals and families, people w/disabilities, & people recovering from addictions. - Learn more at www.voa.org

All workers are volunteers. We need more volunteers. You can volunteer Monday through Friday 10 AM to 445 and other times available. They do take credit cards with over a $10 purchase. Cell phones are allowed in the store in case there is an emergency car but then you need to take it outside because it's a very small thrift store and you can hear everything and since they do do consignment large bags can be left in your car or at the door because there are things that come up missing.

The ladies restroom is very clean. From what I saw the prices were very reasonable with small amount of things being on the high end of a Goodwill store. I saw staff actively cleaning as well as re-organizing the inventory. My only complaint is they didn't have a lot of plus size clothes or designated area for plus size clothes. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and I plan to return.

I was on foot so I…read moretried to leave two bags with the cashier who told me I had to go back outside and around the building. I understand the drive thru donation area but I was on foot. She was rude and obnoxious and the manager said the cashier isn't allowed to make an exception so since it's such a problem I won't be back. If the bags weren't so heavy I wouldn't have left them in the end but I didn't want to carry them anymore. I guess they don't understand the concept that my giving them something provides them with employment.
