I rented car from this company on 28/02/2015. Original reservation was from 15.00 till 18.00. When…read moreI took car the charging beacon in blue color (because it was my first rental, I didn't understood that is means that previus client didnt propertly connected car to charging station), and cars autonomy was 48 km. For me that autonomy was more less ok. Because I needed car for longer I extended reservation till 19.00. When I finished use car about 19.00, cars battery was almost discharged, so I exteneded car reservation till 20.00 to charge and returnt to Rogier charging point. About 20.00 I noted that car is still not charged to return to Rogier. As described in General conditions, I called to Zen Car technical support. Man on the line told that I will stop reservation at 20.00, that I could return car next day till 9.00, without fine for late return. About 23.00 I locked car for night with RFID card Next day about 8.00 I unlocked car and was ready to return car to Rogier, but unfortently I couldnt start engine. I called to technicall support, but nobady reponded, so I left message to Voice mail. I tried call many times, but result was same. About 10.30 I received SMS from support that he made reservation for me from 10.45 till 15.00 to return car. At about 10.50 tried start car, but without result, till 15.00 I tried start car 2 or 3 times without results. So I called to technical service many times, but didt reched live person to solve problem. I was able to reach live person only 02/03/2015 at 9.00, which made reservation and I returned till 10.00 with autonomy 60 km.
So main facts from that:
1. Before my rental session car was not propertly connected to charging station and autonomy was only 48 km.
2. From 19.00 I din't used car and was charging, to do it I was made reservation for more 1h, that costed 10 EUR more and was using my power source.
3. Tech support promised stop reservation at 20.00, but reservation was stoped just 23.18, when I locked car, for that as I see from website for me will cost 40 EUR.
4. On 01/03/2015 techincal servce (witch should be open 24/7) was unreachable, that costed my 4.70 EUR for phone calls and a lot of nerves, because I doesen't knew what with car (broken or smth. else)
On 03/03/2015 I sent this letter to their sales department and as it is usually with this company, - no response, but 09/03/2015 they fractured me 90 EUR, its 40 EUR more as promised by phone.
I don't know if you need service like this with no technical support and etc.
