For a week prior to the date that I needed it, I must have asked dozens of screen printers (whether online or in the boise area) if they could print my design. and NONE of them were willing, except for idaho screen print. I was totally beside myself to learn from all of the other shops that it would take them 1-3 weeks to print just one shirt.. and the ones who were able to work a little faster required a minimum purchase of 12+ shirts. On the day before the date that I needed the shirt, I had just a small speck of fading hope left that I might miraculously find some place that would be willing to answer to my request. And lo and behold, I found idaho screen print! Hallelujah! Not only did they have fantastic communication with me about it, they jumped right into 'hyper speed work mode' for me, simply out of the kindness of their heart! I have to admit, I fully expected them to turn me down, in part because I had already heard dozens of "no's," but also because I was asking them to complete my print in less than 4 hours!! Them agreeing to work on my shirt ALONE is just amazing! But on TOP of that, he was so generous to give me a huge and unnecessary discount. I am totally blown away by how kind and "people-oriented" they are. their lives and their business are driven by love and that's made very evident in the way that they selflessly put others before themselves. I can't express my gratitude and admiration for them and their company enough!

The Wrap Shop used a razor blade to scrape weather stripping of the trailer. Now the trailer's finish is completely ruined. I guess if you don't have any intention of EVER taking off the wrap, these guys are fine but they damaged my trailer to the point it'll have to be re-wrapped to hide all the scrapes/scratches. Imagine what they'd do to a car? Very unprofessional in my opinion. Would never use or recommend this place.

I came in with some unique requirements for a wrap on a new truck and a demanding (tight) timeline. I met with Randy (the owner) and expressed my requirements and budget. He was confident that he was going to be able to do the job and knock it out of the park. After a few design changes and back and forths on final proofs, I gave The Wrap Shop the thumbs up to move forward with the install. Very pleased with the quality of the install and the ability of The Wrap Shop to translate my business's branding from pdfs and digital images to a phenomenal moving billboard. Worthy of note: Randy is the business owner and goes the extra mile to make sure that you're going to be happy with the end result. I'm THRILLED with the design changes Jake made to the original design. If you're considering getting a wrap installed on ANYTHING, be sure to talk to Randy.

Very disrespectful communication by phone and email. If you want changes or are unhappy with your install they do not stand by their work. After inquiring about one my decals that was not straight or installed in the proper location they emailed me back and said "we are short staffed can't get material and don't have the capability to do this job any longer" Take that quote into consideration if you are going to hire them.

Just a depressing experience.  I enlisted the team at Artsign to wrap my car, I thought I did my…read moredue diligence in making sure they could deliver and trusted I had chosen the right folks based on the questions asked and answered. Quality of "Character" was brought up multiple times and believed this was the best choice. I got it wrong. Dropped the car off on a Monday with an expectation of a week to complete. However, on Wednesday I got a call telling me they had run out of the wrap material and had to order more so delivery was going to be delayed. Thought to myself, eh, mistakes happen it will be a day longer I can wait it out, it's gonna look great!.. Well, Friday comes and I get another call with them saying since there are storms in Texas the shipment of vinyl is held up in Tennessee. Figured ok, the mess in Texas is understandable but it's FEDEX of all carriers they will get it straightened out. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday all come and go.. Sun has been shining in Texas and Tennesee for a week and Artsign still had no answer to when it would arrive.  They could not even give me an expectation of when it might arrive, they just "didn't know" anything other than it was in Tennesee. So in frustration, I talk to the owner who listened but still couldn't provide any solutions beyond giving me $250 off the $3200 cost of the service, or I could drive my half-completed car home and just wait. They said they exhausted every option in trying to find other sources of material and that their hands were just tied. I told her in a very frustrated customer voice that I'd call her Friday and we can check our options from there and just hung up. Thursday Morning I got a call from the installer and said that they had decided that they were going to remove the wrapping they had done and refund me my money.  Told him let's hold off, it had been near two weeks and we may as well wait it out a bit more to see when it could get in. He said he would talk to the owner. IN the meantime I decided to call a shop that had the vision of how I wanted my car and in literally 10 mins I had a roll of material shipped overnight, morning delivery that would have been there Friday. I solved their problem for them.  Calling the installer again to tell him the good news I got the reply, and I quote... "We decided that we are just going to take the wrap off the car, refund your money," I said, wait I have the material coming.. He replied "We are going to take the wrap off the car, we do not want to do business with you" Absolutely incredible I thought. Here I was a frustrated customer, was never rude, obnoxious (in my eyes), or raised my voice, I was just someone who was getting beat down by delays and yes they couldn't give a crap beyond saying "they're sorry". I could appreciate the Texas situation, no one expected that, and I could appreciate the delays Fedex could have had. But yet, no one could answer why the hell didn't they order enough material in the first place? And why could I find in literally 10 mins what they said they couldn't find in days. Anyway, I picked up the car today and am off to find a new place to do business with. These folks, Artsign I sincerely do not recommend doing business with. Their professionalism, service, and commitment to their customer is absolutely questionable.
