I would rate negative if possible. from the poor mobility service to monopoly style prices they're useless to me for any services. Today though a guy came to my front door at 745 at night with no ID but a tbaytel shirt asking me about my internet provider. I obviously did not interact but I call tbaytel to find out if they've sent people out in the neighborhood or if this is just some guy and the service tech from tbaytel said YES. This is apparently their marketing strategy. To have some guy with no ID come to my house at almost 8 at night To ensure I would never be your customer. Weird but okk. read more

My new fibre optic line to my residence was not functioning properly. I would often get interruptions in Internet service or else it would be very slow. I called customer service but could not leave either a voicemail or speak with a representative. They said they were experiencing "a higher than normal volume of calls". I called several times over a period of days and could never get through to a customer representative. Nor did they have their online chat or their callback service activated. I guess I will have to go down there in person to speak with them. For charging over $100 a month, the service is abysmal. read more

If I could rate tbaytel less than 1 star I would we tried to drop our data from my wife's and my phone because of the really lousy reception and paying 130 dollars is just a complete ripoff tbaytel says we can't cancel ours data so now we're stuck without phones that are basically paperweights i do not recommend tbaytel to anyone and i will continue to slam them any chance i get and we will be cancelling our landline with tbaytel as well we don't want anything to do with this establishment read more
