I accepted his quote just before the end of the year, and then some heavy rains, so Fernando kept me regularly updated on earliest-available start dates. Every morning he texted the day's plan, and every afternoon sent photos with a status update. When a piece of his painting equipment failed, he immediately messaged to let me know of the delay, and that he'd already ordered a new part for pick-up that same day, to be able to continue ASAP. Fernando and his crew were considerate, careful in taping off windows & doors and patching damaged stucco, and I'm very happy with the finished product. I highly recommend Glow Painting Arizona and would gladly contact them again for future work.

Our terracotta tile roof had been great for years, but some really battering rains caused leaks to our garage and one bedroom. I dealt with their general manager Alex, who was courteous, concerned, and efficient. He assigned Anthony to take care of our roof. The offending section of the roof was almost a puzzle. Several roof edges came together and it was tough to "diagnose" what was happening. Anthony kept at it until he figured it out - and ripped what he'd done out after additional rains added to the leaks. He found a flaw from the original roofers who installed the roof. The wooden base had several grooves in it! The grooves were acting as a channel to cause our leak! This was something that obviously was a rare occurrence. We've had several more rain storms since Anthony's final fix - and we're dry! Anthony is a young man with a terrific work ethic! He shows up, keeps working, and is totally courteous and effective in what he does. He is a licensed roofer who is proud of his work and his efforts show that. These days, it's hard to find the level of courtesy, commitment and competence that both Alex and Anthony demonstrate. What a pleasure to deal with them at Castile Roofing! Bravo!
