The breakroom tables took 3 cleanings to get the filth off of them. The baseboards of the restrooms were also covered in nastiness. I spent hours cleaning the way it should have been cleaned all along. It is now clear that this crew was doing less than minimal cleaning. I hired a full time janitor at $19 hourly and am saving over $500 a week AND everything is CLEAN, smells clean. MEN are noticing how much cleaner it smells and looks. They said they could have contractors lined up and would have done in two months. It is now a year later, work still not finished. Have had to have them redo many items due to sloppy, poor work. Have had to deal with insurance ourselves a majority of times. Many excuses on their part about why it has taken so long, including that we have not made decisions, but each time we checked on progress the decisions that we had made where not even done. Two stars is for remediation only. Would give zero stars for rebuild.
