I contacted sure fit gutters while trying to get a few bids for our home and my neighbors. Josh was…read morevery professional to deal with. After coming to terms over the numbers, budget and schedule, we hired him to do the job. There was a rain delay of two days because of the summer down pours. The front office called each time and was communicating. They even came out on a Saturday to get the job completed. The crew was professional, communication was great as they walked through the job after completing and went over the details. The craftsmanship was very detailed. I've worked with many contractors and this crew paid attention to the details. Downspouts were placed properly and symmetrical to the house. Gutters look flawless on the roof line. They took the effort and time to make it look seamless. It was a clean installation and the quality is apparent. Had our first heavy rain after the crew left and I watched the system at work. No more runoff. Tight water flow. I researched and had 10 plus estimates done on this project. Josh was professional and wanted our business. This is important as the quality is there when they want the job. Pricing was fair and competitive. I'm actually glad I went with them and not the absolute cheapest as sometimes you get what you pay for. Hire these guys. My neighborhood used another company and I can see the difference in quality as my gutters look better.

They installed gutters that were a completely different color. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they didn't take any accountability and notified us the job was too small to bother with. Probably the worst customer service I've ever received. I would not recommend this company.

Their main installer was such a gentleman and the workers were beyond professional and courteous. They came up against an unforeseen issue but handled it right away and were very prompt in returning with a custom piece that had been needed to resolve the issue. (I have 100 year old Dutch colonial house that is not level so it can be challenging to make sure the water drains properly.) I installed the gutters prior to the rainy season starting. Now that the rain has started I am so happy I made the decision to install gutters. Though my house has been around for 100 years with no gutters I've had continuous water intrusion under the house creating mold issues and I've had to treat for Mold two different times. I really believe that this is going to greatly mitigate the moisture situation as I've already noticed a difference since having gutters. Wish I had done it sooner.

Because, according to his secretary's notes, the description of my job request didn't warrant him driving 7.5 miles to my home to give me an estimate, he thought he would make it clear to me that his company had a $500 minimum. In his arrogance, he thought he was doing us "both" a favor. In other words, I wasn't worth the 7.5 mile trip, until he explained that my job request "might" be to small. I had two other appraisals from reputable companies that quoted me at $1400 and $1200 for the job I needed. When I suggested that maybe the job was greater than he had assumed, he stated that it wasn't an assumption, merely a question. Daniel, your assumption came when you suggested your secretary understood the scope of the project, without having "viewed" the project. This is a learning experience for you Daniel. Your customer deserves the respect of a visit, because there are DOZENS of other companies willing to visit and possibly sell their customers what they need. Whether you question the job or not, visit your customer. They DESERVE that respect for choosing you and your company from among DOZENS of OTHER companies.
