This is the worst place o w star is too much. . Bed bug infested poor service, bad management,…read moreawful food. I was told from someone who checked this out that most of these positive reviews you are seeing are coming from the same IP address so they are fake. They have had bed bugs since we moved in. At one time they took all the residents clothing and sent it out to launder. My mother had 3 closets of clothes which I am guessing because of the quantity they didn't do hers. So the infestation in her apartment never taken care of. They would spray every so often but her things were never taken care of. Months later I was told I needed to launder all her clothes myself and get rid of her mattress. This cost me quite a bit not to mention days of labor by my self. My mother did try to help but she is 85 with Alzheimer's. When I asked why this wasn't done when they did everyone else's, Michelle the GM lied right to my face that it was. Believe me I would have know if this was done. No one ever moved anything out of those closets. No help of any kind was offered or compensation. When my mother fell and had to leave all of her furniture pretty much had to be thrown out. And she had some very nice pieces, new mattress, leather couch & chair. We had moved one of her leather chairs and $1800 adjustable bed frame to my house when she moved back in with us, not realizing the infestation was still there. Guess what I now have an infestation of bed bugs I am having to deal with while dealing with my dying mother. I can't even go into her room to spend time with her and take care of her without worry of carrying these bugs through out my house. We did have to throw out the mattress in that room which was mine and throw out that chair and probably the adjustable bed as well. My mother was not able to go to cafeteria for dining. I paid the private nursing staff to deliver her meals. They would bring her meals, desert and drinks. During Covid the staff started delivering. After Covid went went back to paying the nurses to deliver. They were not allowed to bring desert or drinks per Crescent heights rules not theirs . At that time my mom was pretty much beginning to stop eating and the deserts were very important to her. When she did fall and we moved her they told me I had to give 30 day notice which would take us 12 days into next month which I would have to pay 12 days of. Even though I felt they owe my mother and myself A lot of money I just wanted to get out of there and forget about that place. We vacated the apartment but still has some belonging in there until the 12 days were up. During the 12 days that they are charging me they decided it was ok for them to come and get the apartment ready for the next occupants. I am paying them rent while they are in there working on the place. They never even let us know. They lied and said they did. There was never any calls from them. I can show phone documentations on that. I was having someone come in to purchase her tv and stand. The staff took everything apart Who gave them the right to touch her stuff or to enter the apartment that was still technically my mothers. That was last straw. They owe me thousands of dollars for all the loss of belongings and aggravation and they are charging me $1300 for 12 days. Also not to forget they say they have a cleaning service. Trust me it was very rare that they cleaned her apartment. They would tell me that she wouldn't let them in to do it. Which was a lie. Please audio tape all conversations with this staff. Unfortunately I didn't learn this till the end. They lie all the time. I didn't start doing this till the end. Run from this place. There are better places for your loved ones.
