She called at 3:15pm saying the installers were coming the next day at 9:00am with no ability to adjust the day or time. When pointing out that this short notice was not easy to maneuver, she simply said, they are coming to do the job tomorrow and hung up. When they showed up, they left about 20 minutes later saying the materials loaded on the truck were wrong. I called Nicole trying to clarity on what happened and she said they would be back later to do the work. I asked for more clarity and she just hung up on me. The installers came back about 90 minutes later, started the work, and yet again, had to leave because they had the wrong materials. Not sure how this happens twice for one job. I called the office back and left a message for Kelly, but of course, no return phone call. The job is done and the fence looks nice, but I would never use them again and would not recommend them.

He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there. They cleaned the area, washed the fence and wrapped up and put away my garden hoses. Before he left he said that if we ever, ever had any problems, to call him and they would take care of it. Also, they don't use work trucks and they go to your house in a U-Haul. Slightly ghetto.

Their crew came and within two days had removed our rotted wooden fence and had the new one in it's place. A few years later when one of the gates sustained damage during the winter I called to have repairs done. The owner personally came and had the fix completed within an hour. Unfortunately, at the beginning of the summer we had a tree fall on a section of the fence and wipe it out. I called 125 fence several times and left messages and no one ever got back to me. Eventually I called at the exact moment the business opened and spoke to the owner again. He apologized and said they had been short staffed due to the pandemic. He came down that day, looked at the broken section of fence and sent me an estimate the next day. He did reiterate that they were short staffed, which I understand but it has been over a month and I still have not heard anything back from them. They did great work for us and I do recommend them but their communication skills could use a tad bit of improvement.
