I know that they took some before and after pictures which I'd love to add to my review. This job was an excellent value for what we (insurance) paid. Neighbors and friends have commented on it numerous times. Now we are working on a window and door replacement project. After ridiculous quotes from the big name companies in the area and national ones, we are back with Four Seasons who we trust to do a quality job. I also forgot to mention how clean they were, cleaned up every bit of material and the crew was such a pleasure to work with. Trustworthy, honest, A+ workmanship and neat and tidy! Our house was left unfinished for an entire YEAR. A project that should have been handled professionally was dragged out, leaving us living with unfinished and improperly completed work for an unacceptable amount of time. The workmanship was extremely poor, and it became very clear that this contractor was not qualified to take on the work we hired them to do. If they did not have the experience or ability to properly complete the job, they should have been honest about that before accepting the job and our money. Instead, we were left dealing with the consequences. One of the most unacceptable issues was our ridge vent, which was left unfinished and exposed for approximately a year without shingles covering it. We paid for a top-of-the-line new roof, and now that roof is LEAKING!!! After discovering the leak, we contacted them expecting him correct the problem. They never came back. No resolution.
