About two months ago, my family was in a transition period, our problem was that we just sold the house, and eager to buy a new house. But we felt it is difficult to buy a house as it was so-called seller's market, we often heard of things like buyers have to raise much more over asking price in order to make a deal. By chance, we met Lex, he started to help us with listings of our interested areas and acceptable price range and patiently make appointments for us. even when the seller didn't want to provide us a individual showing, he kept trying for us . He detailedly analyzed and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each house, and no matter how late he would answer the phone when we have questions and new ideas. During the whole process , Lex never gave us pressure to make a decision , unlike some other realtors who push clients for a quick deal. Eventually with his professional negotiating skills, we purchased a house below asking price , which is surprising because it's a brand new home in Riverdale Richmond . We are very satisfied with the deal ,elegant design ,large lot and perfect price . During pre- and walk-through days,Lex accompanied us to the house，tag and write down all problems and minor damages which he require the builder to fix. Now, one month after the possession day, Lex is still helping us to follow up when we find new problem. Also, he is always there for our benefits ,such as with regard to warranty, he suggested us that the home inspection is not necessary for brand new house, we should do it 1-2months before each warranty period expires. so we can save money and actually find real problems, then we get warranty, this is how home inspection and warranty work. I really appreciate the way Lex work and he is definitely different from other realtors . I'd strongly recommend Lex as a reliable realtor for your real estate sale and purchase.

My situation easily could have been put into one of those commercials and Elliot would be the hero realtor in the commercial that saved the day. The time finally came where I was ready to spend my hard earned savings on a home of my own. I started looking at places online but had no idea where to begin. That's where Elliot came in. As soon as I told him what I was looking for, and in what area, he began sending me listings in my price range. I couldn't believe it: of the first three listings he sent me, I knew I found my dream home. It was love at first sight. Elliot immediately booked a viewing for me and my fiancé. He booked us viewings for all the other listings we were interested in too. So the search began. After going to all these viewings, I still had my heart set on the one I fell in love with. It was time to put in an offer. We told Elliot how low we wanted to go and he respected our wishes. When the seller countered, we came back with another low offer. Elliot listened to our requests to still go lower. He let us know of the risks of going too low (that we could lose the place) but still countered, giving the seller reasons to take our lower offer. His persistence paid off and the seller agreed! Our experience wasn't over then though. We had issues with strata fees that were supposed to be included in the cost, mailbox keys that had gone missing, property taxes, etc. Elliot stood by us the whole time. He was quick to answer our texts, calls and emails no matter the time of day. He worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly, despite a lot of our issues not being part of his job. As stressful as our closing was, Elliot was always there for us and made sure that we were happy. Even after the closing, Elliot has still been there to answer further questions we've had. Thank you Elliot for helping us find our first home and for getting us through all of the hiccups. We couldn't be happier now and won't hesitate to have Elliot help us again when we're ready to upgrade.

It was a CRAZY seller's market. Almost all of the homes on MLS, that we wanted to see first, had offers already pending. We had go to our secondary list. Of the homes we saw, we didn't find a home that fit all our family needs. Some of them had offers coming in as well. It was apparent to us that we needed to find a place, and fast! Over the course of the next two week (during a pandemic), we went on to see many more homes, and we finally found one. Luckily, our offer (1 of 3) was accepted, and now we have a wonderful home to live in and let our son grow up in, close to an elementary school for him to attend. It takes a high degree of diligence, perseverance, and focus to successfully find a home when the real estate market is that busy! It takes a realtor who is willing to help (at an instant) to answer questions, make appointments, and look out for your best interest to achieve one's goal to find a home. Thanks for always picking up the phone, Chris.
