Lex is the best real estate agent that I have ever met.He is very professional, patient and responsible, and he's done a great effort to assist us buying new home and solving all problems. About two months ago, my family was in a transition period,our problem was that we just sold the house, and eager to buy a new house. But we felt it is difficult to buy a house as it was so-called seller's market, we often heard of things like buyers have to raise much more over asking price in order to make a deal.
By chance, we met Lex, he started to help us with listings of our interested areas and acceptable price range and patiently make appointments for us. even when the seller didn't want to provide us a individual showing, he kept trying for us . He detailedly analyzed and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each house, and no matter how late he would answer the phone when we have questions and new ideas. During the whole process , Lex never gave us pressure to make a decision , unlike some other realtors who push clients for a quick deal.
Eventually with his professional negotiating skills, we purchased a house below asking price , which is surprising because it's a brand new home in Riverdale Richmond . We are very satisfied with the deal ,elegant design ,large lot and perfect price .
During pre- and walk-through days,Lex accompanied us to the house，tag and write down all problems and minor damages which he require the builder to fix.Now, one month after the possession day, Lex is still helping us to follow up when we find new problem. Also, he is always there for our benefits ,such as with regard to warranty, he suggested us that the home inspection is not necessary for brand new house, we should do it 1-2months before each warranty period expires. so we can save money and actually find real problems,then we get warranty, this is how home inspection and warranty work. I really appreciate the way Lex work and he is definitely different from other realtors . I'd strongly recommend Lex as a reliable realtor for your real estate sale and purchase.
