I have three accounts with Taylor Bank. It has always served my needs and the employees are very friendly and helpful

The branch manager (whoever this geezer was) is an arrogant pompous piece of shit. I came in there looking for a home loan which I was overly qualified for by a very large margin and he treated me so poorly. I literally would've been qualified for a loan five times larger than I was asking. He offered the worst terms you could possibly offer even though my credit rating is perfect and I make a fortune. As I'm driving home from the bank he calls me and tells me he won't even give me a prequalification letter. We went to BB&T and they were delighted to have us as customers and the loan was approved in 10 days with the best possible terms they could offer any customer. I would never consider using Taylor Bank for anything. read more

This local bank does not treat it's customers with too much attention. Opt for a larger chain, unfortunately. No courtesy for long-time customers. Nothing special at all about it. Go PNC. read more
