With help from our hotel concierge, the taxi company was contacted. The driver's shift had ended, so Hypra sent someone else to retrieve my phone and hand-deliver it to me at my hotel with no charge. Amazing. That really saved me from a significant hassle during travel of replacing the phone and restoring all the contacts, photos, etc. I am very happy with their timely and personal response to my phone crisis.

This review is for 01 (one) isolated taxi ride experience: -We were staying in Old Quebec, right by the LE CHÂTEAU FRONTENAC -in this area there is a taxi line -went to front of taxi line, jumped in a cabber, told old boy where we wanted to go and pointed out the physical address for him on my iPhone, and he was like no problem...
