Meet the Business Owner: Bill D.
For more than 30 years, Bill Dooner has been practicing as a public tax accountant and has extensive experience representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service as well as state and local tax authorities. He began working at a local CPA firm while in high school and, at age 21, Mr. Dooner was elected and served as Tax Assessor of Seaside Heights, New Jersey. In 1978, he was licensed to practice accounting by the New Jersey Board of Accountancy. He lives in Toms River, New Jersey and is currently a board member of the United Way of Ocean County.
