My original review of Hinkle,Richter and Rhine and Tax Guru Chris Root Save yourself the agony and avoid this overpriced miserable establishment . If you get past the troll secretary at the lighthouse point location then you speak to Elizabeth which does the accounting for your premier priced tax return that should have been done by your accountant - Chris Root. They pride themselves in late returns, no phone calls, and difficulties with every aspect of your tax return . For your premier price you get a water and a tax accountant assistant doing your taxes which Chris Root graces with his signature at the end. Save yourself $575 go anywhere else Have an accountant prepare your taxes not his underpaid assistant while his out of the office and incapable of doing so himself . Chris Root is out of the office so constantly he isn't able to sign and submit the tax forms in a timely manner . This establishment is nasty, unprofessional and full Of excuses and stories . I get questioned each time I show my tax returns from this place and that's why I am keen on sharing my opinion of this tax service center even 2 years after the my experience with them
