But nevertheless, they have it all. In Venos you can find loads of fresh fish... anything from swordfish to mackerel to clams to different varieties of squid. It truly is a magical place (okay, I'm just missing the delicious Virginia seafood at the moment.....) You can also find cuts of meat from all over the world here. They have meats from Namibia and Botswana, New Zealand lamb, Australian beef, American beef, etc etc. It is kind of exciting even though I don't really eat meat. You can find guinea fowl, veal, wild boar, deer, and much, much more. They also have a stellar cheese selection, showcasing some fine European cheeses and my beloved la mozzarella di bufala. I have recently started to buy my white wine from them as well since they carry Yvon Mau Colombard Chardonnay which I find very tasty. Other than that they seem to have a large selection of all kinds of specialty food items (mainly from Italy and Greece) including a large selection of wines and spirits as well as quite the variety of fresh fish and seafood of course. This is a very few places I tried that pictures seem to be smaller than the actual dishes. When the dishes came, it was a pretty big dish.
