Upon meeting him, we were very pleased with how professional and nice he was. He made us feel incredibly comfortable and got us excited about the details of our big day. After we left from our first meeting with him, we couldn't wait to work with him. On the day of the wedding, Beau and his assistant showed up at the perfect time. Not too early and definitely not too late. They were professionally dressed and never felt like they were at all in the way. He spent the same amount of time with both my husband and I while getting ready, which we both appreciated because no matter what, it's not ALL just about the bride. He and his assistant both worked well with our photographer as well. The whole day went so smooth and never once felt uncomfortable or forced. Even later in the evening when things started to slow down, it was pleasant visiting with them. Two months after the wedding, Beau delivered our video to us both through a link and DVD that he mailed to us. We were so pleased with the work he did and how well he was able to capture our special day. It was like a movie of our lives all caught on one day. We have had so many compliments on our video, and feel so proud to show it. Thank you so much Beau for everything! We couldn't thank you more!

The quality of the video I received was first class. The way the team integrated both cameras in the shot came through was perfect. Marina was superb to work with. She was diligent about scoping out and creating a contract from my needs. She was responsive and flexible when we discussed what her work would be that night. I loved how her cameras were small and high quality not taking up a lot of seats in the theater was really valuable as I could sell more seats. Her work post production was remarkable. She was professional as we iterated on that the ultimate video looked and sounded like. I'm SO happy I hired her to do that post production work, no way I could have done that myself. Finally, she created a great trailer clip that I can now send to any potential venues that I want to book my show at. I strongly recommend Marina's team to work with you on shooting a theatrical performance like mine or any other video needs.

While he was panicking on the phone trying to find someone who knew a videographer, I did a Yelp search and decided to call Bay Tiger. I explained our "emergency" to Ken when he answered the phone. He said he could probably help us so I handed the phone over to my husband. They quickly worked out the details and agreed on a budget, at which point Ken abandoned his Sunday workout, got in the car and made it to Menlo Park in time to shoot the film that was needed. He also did some quick turnaround editing-as in overnight. While I didn't interact with him beyond the initial phone contact, my husband said that he was extremely professional and very good at what he does. I was tremendously impressed that not only did he answer his phone on a Sunday, he was willing to turn his day upside down to accommodate our request.

Even though most other providers take 4 to 6 weeks, Andy requires 6 months for delivery. When I asked about this, Andy said they were busy. It really should not take 6 months to produce a Bar Mitzvah video. He did produce a 5 minute quick capture for me so my mother could see it before she passed away, which I appreciated. The feedback from other professional video companies I have worked with all agree that 6 months is way too long for a personal DVD production. Our professionally produced videos are always done in a month or less. Andy needs to properly resource his company to deliver in more reasonable times. His prices are reasonable and comparable to other companies. He was very good to work with during the event, has a great personality and is familiar with Bar Mitzvah settings.
