I've had Mexican food throughout Europe. And it's almost always never by choice. The temple bar, Amsterdam, Helsinki, St Petersburg, several spots in Germany. And so on. The worst being in Amsterdam where Gouda was used all over the plate. Generally speaking off-shore Mexican is nothing like what we have in the NAFTA region.
This place had good ribs, chips were ok. Salsa was house made, and I think had catsup in it. Steak enchilada was kinda dry. Good Margaritas. And oh the so good Austrian bier on tap! Probably better than 75% of the Mexican places I have been to in Seattle & Portland, which is really not saying a lot.
