And i said sorry..? But she said it wasn't me (assuming yelling at herself..), I put my arm on the arm rest and instead of adjusting the arm rest before hand, she punch the armrest with my arm still on it (she could of hit me), she didn't ask me to move or anything. The tat came out great. I love it. But the attitude and the vibes I got just aren't worth coming back. At the end i said thank you and complimented the tat and her response was "better be, because it'll be there forever". Like i get it but theres no reason for sarcastic remarks toward new customers. Especially yelling and swearing. Oh and also, she did NOT wear a mask. She admitted to having covid. Thats part one. I saw looking at another one of their artist flash sheet, decided to make an appointment with him (Rich). I come in to get it and he's not there. Turns out he had a "family emergency". Which I understand that emergencies happen. Family first. But i'v read this places review on google and Rich has other reviews from customers about him not showing up due to emergencies. Then this happened to me. Im not mad. Like honestly its whatever but this shop just Isn't the one. I will not be recommending friends or family here. Also the guy who told me that Rich was out also was NOT wearing a mask. So please take this into consideration. Also Emile mentioned that all tattoo places are like this. I was impressed by the exactness and went in for a consultation. Rachel was extremely professional (and well-inked!). I shared with her printouts of my desired tattoos and, because she is also a fine artist, she made suggestions as to how she would like to alter the designs to improve them. After seeing her work online, I totally felt comfortable with her suggestions. We made an appointment for 3 weeks in the future and I left a deposit. On the day of my appointment, I was a little nervous, but excited. This was not my first tattoo (I have two earlier ones from about 20 years ago--the artist has retired, hence my search). Rachel showed me her designs. The first was a Phoenix and her alterations were superb! For the second tattoo, I changed my mind and showed her the new version which she happily updated. Again, Rachel was extremely accommodating, placed the stencils and I was most pleased with the Phoenix. The sun and sea tattoo needed a little adjustment, but we arrived at an excellent solution. The tattooing process was a bit more painful than my previous experiences based on the location--ankles are like that!--but Rachel was most gentle and proceeded in a way that was the least uncomfortable to me. The results were beautiful! I was so pleased with her work! They took far less time than we expected, so the cost was less than I anticipated. Rachel was very careful to explain the care of my new tattoos and provided me with her business card to contact her in case I was concerned about the healing process. I would highly recommend Rachel for an excellent tattoo experience--the quality, artistry, experience and results were superb. Thank you, Rachel!!!

I've been treated nicely by everyone in this shop and I've been more than ecstatic about the quality of the work I've gotten here. He still charged us $100 each after seeing what he did. I had to pay nearly $400 to get mine covered up because who would want to walk around with that on their wrist.
