If he was in in court or with another client, his assistant Brooke was right there to assist me. These guys are LOCAL attorneys with investment in this community. Unlike most of the attorneys you see on tv that don't even live here. Nor are they the ones that actually handle your case. He used her death as an advertisement. Referred to her as male and posted a completely different motorcycle he found online insinuating it was hers. When i called his law firm i was able to speak with him and told him it was terrible he used the death of my loved one which he had No involvement in (No we did not hire him ever!!) as advertisement he said to me, "ma'am we live in America and i can do that" and then HUNG up the phone. How awful to use the death of a young woman as advertisement. But it's even worse to have no regard for the family of the deceased. Anything to make a dollar. I'm shaking as I write this. Please, don't give a greedy heartless man your business. America is freedom yes, but we should be kind and take care of one another. Not take advantage for personal gain. Especially under these circumstances.

Unlike many other attorneys I came across, he meant every word he told me and I knew it. There was nothing he couldn't do in this situation and he delivered an amazing result just like he said. I'm grateful for the hard work and dedication he put into my case because without him, I'd be in a world full of trouble. Couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome! JD is truly a master of his craft! I highly recommend NYE Law for their remarkable service and unwavering support and I'll be sure to recommend him to anyone going through/needing legal support and service, as should anyone else!

I was treated as dramatic for being concerned my spouse would try to take the full amount of funds despite them being for medical bills and replacing my vehicle after a reckless driver hit me and handicapped me. They lied and said that if my ex sent an email releasing the funds to me he wouldn't be able to come after them later. This was a lie they told out of misogyny and laziness that resulted in me spending two years paying different lawyers to try to protect myself. I lost majority of the sum they managed to get out of my insurance due to their blatant incompetence while fighting with my ex when he changed his mind and came after the funds anyways. They stopped responding to my emails and refused to provide explanations or any help at all despite stating they had protected me from the exact situation I ended up in, cowardly leaving me to deal with their mess while they ran off with thousands from me. Shameful and disgusting scammers. They are outdated and I would say they need a woman on their team except they wouldn't respect or listen to her anyways.

Mrs. Goad was very affordable compared to other attorneys that weren't willing to go all the way…read morefor an extra amount. She charged a flat rate and said that amount would not change even if I decided I wanted to go for a bench trial to try and get my case dismissed. That was exactly what I wanted to do because I was stopped for speeding and not failure to maintain lane or anything that would have indicated that I was driving under the influence- which I was not. We went all the way for a bench trial and my case was dismissed!!! Mrs. Goad was proud to show me the work she and her team did, filing several motions for dismissal. CASE DISMISSED!! I used Ms. Goad to represent me for a hearing regarding a fraudulent charge against me for battery…read more The police had already investigated and dropped the case due to a lack of evidence, but the prosecuting party insisted on going forward. When I retained Ms. Goad for $7500, she said this money would cover all legal representation if my case were to go to trial and that I would not get one cent back if my case was dismissed at the hearing for lack of evidence. I had several credible adults (including a sports official) willing to testify on my behalf who were eyewitnesses to the scene of the alleged battery, whereas the prosecuting party only had one minor. I think that Ms. Goad charged me this insanely high amount because she knew from the start that my case would be dismissed. After she had my money she was very difficult to get in touch with and very slow to answer my emails, and I wound up doing almost all of the legwork to find the witnesses myself. Without me working diligently to contact them all, we would never have had them subpoenaed. Moreover, she had the subpoenas served too late, just a few days before the hearing, and we were not able to get the sports official (a crucial witness) to testify. Throughout the process and on the day of the hearing Ms. Goad was condescending, immature and rude, not only to me but to the other eyewitnesses. She even talked disrespectfully about the Superior Court judge of Pooler using curse words to describe her in front of me and the eyewitness. Ms. Goad spent a total of 4 to 5 hours on my case and made $7500. I would have been better off defending myself. I truly hope no on else to go through this type of situations where you are fraudulently accused. If you do, do yourself a huge favor and do not use Stacey Goad as your attorney.

And still, even AFTER he knew bankruptcy wouldn't work for me, the help he gave me, was immeasurable! I went to him because of a problem created by a different attorney that I thought was helping me. I thought bankruptcy was my only option once I learned that you are not likely to find help against another attorney. Everyone else I spoke to only said they would not be involved but would not say why. Mr Jenkins is the Only One that pointed out what he saw as a problem immediately. I can not express the peace of mind he brought me. Most people don't go to an attorney because Life is Good. Usually it's because of a very stressful situation and you need help. Mr Jenkins showed me kindness when NO Other Attorney did. He actually took the time to sort through a situation for a "nobody" when something didn't look right to him. There are times that you can't imagine how much it means, even for a moment, that someone just listens to you and believes you. I always see Attorneys fight so hard for justice on t.v. or movies. When I needed one though, I didn't find that to be true. It seemed they only exist on the screen. But maybe it just takes a little luck and you have to look harder these days. I was truly Lucky! He is the ONLY attorney that didn't try to make me the villain just because another attorney was involved. Anyway, people take so much time to complain & criticize but not so much to be appreciative. So I wanted to take that time. And hopefully, remind you, Mr Jenkins, of the positive impact you can and did have on a persons life. I hope that one day I am in a position to at least pay it forward. Again, Thank you Mr Jenkins
