Mr Maillet was not responsive and impossible to talk with after he received his retainer fees. He never met or spoke with his client and basically ignored us. We spent over $5000 for his services and I don't think he spent 1 hour on our case. He actually charged extra to file the paperwork with the district attorney. I hope this will encourage him to try a bit harder with future clients. read more

In March of 2018, I was visiting Savannah, GA and one of the weirdest moments of my life happened to me where my card declined at a bar and consequently I was thrown in jail overnight for not paying the tab! I had he funds but since I was from out of state, my card automatically declined until I verify any transactions. Needless to say my charge was "THEFT OF SEVICES"!! I never heard of such a charge, and I am far from being called a thief! I searched for a few lawyers and none of them were to my liking until I met Jeremiah (the guy in the photo!). He was so down to earth and listened to everything I said and asked all the right questions to make me feel that he was the RIGHT lawyer for me. Of course he did not make any promises just like all lawyers say and do, but he assured me that this case could very well be dismissed, and I believed him. Well guess what? Not only was the charge dismissed as of 04-24-2018, the whole arrest incident is wiped out!! That was the most important thing for me because having that charge on my record would have been a nightmare for me!! I am so glad to have retained this man!!! If anyone who visits Savannah or who lives in a Savannah and get caught up in a bind, please reach out to him. He has such a wonderful personality that will make it easy for you to stop searching for other lawyers! read more

This guy did absolutely nothing in my case. He charged a 3500 retainer fee only to do nothing. The information located in my file only included the information I gave him. He decided that he no longer wanted to represent me because he does not like to be questioned. He seemed to be an okay attorney at first but then when the case required more work he stated that he just did not have time and could not answer any questions I had. He did not even have the courage to tell me that he no longer wanted to represent me, only for me to be informed by the courts after trying to get into contact with this guy for two weeks that he told them "please remove my name from the books, I don't represent that person". I was informed two days before my case that he was not representing me and he finally then sent an email after I had already spoken to the courts. This guy only wanted to talk to me when I was sending him money. He made little to no contact with the officers and informed me that he was too busy to speak with the proper authorities to address my case. This guy is the type of attorney that gives good attorneys a bad name. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE take heed. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! HE IS AWFUL!!! If you want an attorney that has your best interest at heart overlook this guy read more
