My mom had a sale and we thought it was a great thing. Dannny and Kelly were so compassionate and great. After the sale they had someone come clear the rest of the items and sent her the proceeds. Upon returning to box things to move we noticed the cable modem and generator extender were missing amongst other things that were put in rooms marked do not enter per their instructions. We told them we needed the modem or were going to have to report stolen. After a day or 2 they said the person said they didn't take it and they didn't sale it so report it. Which we did. Here is the kicker though. Kelly texted mom to say that's why they tell you to put personal stuff up so there is no way for this to happen. IT WAS CONTROLLING PART OF THE HOUSE!! HIW IS THAT PERSONAL?? Thought this was a perfect solution to moms problems as she is getting to a tender age and can't do much, but would rethink in the future. read more
