First was the owned tasty works, I signed up for email, seemingly a endless stream daily email! I had to many options checked it turns out!
So I reduced the flood of EMAILS, and today had email turned off from Tasty Trade!
Brokerage of Tasty Works I can not figure out even how to open platform , follow other traders/ etc!
On hold is this rap, music played on hold! I dislike!
HORRID PHONE SYSTEM AND HOLDS!
GOING to their sites produced such a laden intensive mass of intense band width it appeared to me! it crashed my computer/ and I have good CABLE internet~!
THEN calling them I get nothing but holds and nothing or even good help!
I then attempt to open an account!
I go thru the process, coming to a area that is grayed out and will not open!
I remember talking there to Scott, (co-owner i think) and getting support, way back when he designed the TOS platform and site-with others/ A great guy!
So this sold to Ameritrade, and here is Think or Swim platform now!
I CAN NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIER PLATFORM BEFORE OPENING AN ACCOUNT!!!
TastyTrade is a mass of hyped marketing pushing so much at one, it is overwhelming!
They have supposedly 25 traders, that one can follow, each with different styles.
Impossible to do without an account! thing IS NONE HAVE THIER TRACK RECORD OF TRADES posted! SO what good is this?
CAN not even check all out without opening a brokerage account!
For me with accounts at other brokers, they all have CIPA disclosures of recording calls, TASTY does not for some calls out, and maybe in as well!
THE mass marketing, rap music on holds, a piece of work phone system is horrifying!

Thanks for this well written article for me and good advice I will follow! I heard about TastyTrade but was never a fan of this show. I only watched the interviews with Karen the Super Trader.
My conclusion from this article is that you have to be very careful putting your trust and faith in any 'guru'. If they don't have a proven track record of success, you have to take their advise with a grain of salt.
There are only 4 principles of successful trading:
1.) You must have a trading edge. If you don't have a trading edge, you will eventually lose money.
2.) You must have risk management. Even if you have the best trading strategy in the world, if you lack risk manage, you will lose money.
3.) You must be consistent. This article demonstrates that the folks at TastyTrade don't follow their own studies and do things that are inconsistent with what they preach. If you don't trade in a consistent manner, it is hard for others to follow your advise. read more
