Upon actually physically going to this office and meeting with the person I had selected to meet I then learn that this person will not help me due to the minimum requirements. Rather that I would get passed on to another associate who quite frankly is not even old enough to remember the 2008 crash. However, I decided to give him a chance. And made an appointment via Zoom for the following day. I got on the Zoom call and he was late and after four minutes I dropped off from the call. I have no idea why these people think that being late for an appointment with a potential client was a good idea. I have no idea why being late is even an option without providing any kind of notice to a potential client. Well, I do understand that they have base pays and the rest as far as cash, bonus or short-term incentive are probably based on some type of sales goals. This is a classic very simple example of how to lose a client in less than 48 hours.

Further, the man from Charles Schwab never tried calling a second time to try to reach me. I am sure they have caller ID there where they show missed calls. In fact it also probably shows the name and the phone number so they knew I called back three times and still never called me back. This is definitely not the way to do business and part of me is glad they didn't call me again.
