This place is a cross between cafe and cosmetics store with a few deli items and gifts throw in. Stores like this are not uncommon across Central Europe and you see them from time to time. One side of the store is a small cafe and the other side is a shop. There are a couple of tables outside and a couple inside. The shop has cosmetics, local products and some food items. The cafe had a small menu and a selection of drinks. The coffee was quite ok and the lady who ran the shop was quite friendly, a common feature in Austria from what I have experienced.
