They spent one entire day caulking and prepping house for paint. The yard area was cleaned thoroughly before leaving. I give Faircloth Roofing 5 stars! I would highly recommend Phillips roofing and home repair for your roofing and maintenance needs…read more Though it took us a few weeks to connect with him (they were in a busy season, but this was still more on my part for not being proactive), once we did, he was prompt with coming out within a few days to look at our roof and give us an estimate. We could tell right away that he was knowledgeable and thorough, which is what we wanted. We were not looking for someone to just throw paint on our metal roof to make it look nice. He inspected inside the attic and around the HVAC unit and made multiple recommendations for necessary repairs to make sure of a watertight and properly supported roof. Work started 1 week later and they did the thorough job we were wanting including replacing the ridge piece which was letting moisture in and another contractor had planned to just paint around. He communicated well with us through the process. They went the extra mile to hand paint the edges of the roof and to touch up the white edging where some paint had dripped. The workers were polite and professional and we are very pleased with the job that they did. The roof looks nice and we have not noticed any signs of moisture coming in anywhere after several very heavy rains. Again, I would highly recommend Phillips roofing and home repair for your roofing and maintenance needs. We were pleased with their work and with how we were treated throughout the process of connecting, communicating, getting an estimate and work completed.

I called Patrick and he came out and looked at it - caulked the window a little, redid the inside frame and said it was all taken care of. Several months later, I was having lots of bugs in the porch and mice getting in my house. I called Patrick again and he told me "to hire a handyman to come and do some caulking". Again a couple months later, we have a big rain storm and the window is leaking again. Now I am putting sticky pads out there to see where these bugs and mice are coming from. I had to call multiple times with no call backs and sent multiple texts but finally Patrick called and came again - I showed him the sticky pads and he caulked the inside of the porch, caulked the window on the outside and wanted to leave it for a couple months to make sure there were no leaks. So here we are today, I called Patrick twice to see when he could come back and redo the window. Well again there is no call back. I had a contractor come look at the windows. Well, he was not surprised that the window was leaking - there is no caulking on the windows and no caulking on the new siding and now there are gaps in the siding. When I had the porch done, I also asked him to install a motion light off my garage in the front. Three months after that was installed, it quit working. When he came to see the porch I pointed out the light. He told me to get a new light and he would install it when he came back to do the window. I got the light but Patrick never showed up. So, I had to pay someone else to install the light - which I already paid Patrick for and now I have to hire someone to finish the windows in the porch the correct way.

At first, we assumed it was a roof leak, but after a thorough inspection, they discovered the real issue was a corroded water pipe upstairs. The team was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They cut into the upstairs wall to locate the leak, removed the damaged pipes, and installed new PEX water lines with high-pressure fittings. Two separate leaks were repaired. They also cut out and replaced the damaged ceiling and walls downstairs, furred out areas to create a flush finish over the old plaster, and reinforced damaged studs and floor joists. All drywall work was completed with finishing and painting included. They even took care of debris removal and sealed a minor leak on the roof for good measure. The entire project came to $8,280. Given the scope and quality of the work, I felt the pricing was fair and well worth it. Premier House Care made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and the end result was top-quality. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, structural, or general repair needs.

Jack and the crew were courteous and neat, not only in the way they were dressed but also the job they did. They did not play any music, which is a plus for me. I hate it when repairmen come to fix something outside at peoples houses and they blast their music for the whole neighborhood to hear. They removed and replaced a piece of plywood on the roof that was rotten in a spot. They installed new rubber boots around the vent pipe and painted my furnace and hot water heater pipes that are on my roof (nice touch I thought). The crew kept everything neat, no old shingles laying all over the ground, they placed them all in a trailer. They picked up nicely behind themselves and were careful with the old tacks so that they didn't get them all over my yard. When the job was completed they ran a magnet around my house to pick up any stray tacks that might have fallen on the ground. I am well pleased with the job they did and I would recommend them to others.
