Here are a few points based on my experience: Do not provide her office with discovery until she provides it to you first. Do not trust everything she says--ensure all agreements are in writing and filed with the court. Listen to your attorney and avoid trying to be reasonable with Susan. Be assertive, and honestly, you don't need an attorney to go up against her. Based on my experience with Susan, I would NOT recommend hiring her for any criminal case or even Family Court matters.
