Thanks to Brenda's knowledge, I was well informed of the process and there were no surprises. Brenda was so amazing overall; so dedicated, intuitive and she truly had my sons best interest at heart. Through the process I emailed very often with questions and evidence to help my case. In my opinion, it was an overwhelming amount of evidence I presented her with, but she graciously combed through every email and reminded me that she preferred me to keep her informed. When my husband or I reached out to her office for questions, her Paralegal Olivia was always very pleasant and communicated any concerns to Brenda while she was at court and could not reply at that instant. Brenda called and emailed me back promptly whenever I reached out with questions/concerns. I really appreciate that Brenda is also very knowledgeable, she never led me to unrealistic expectations and always tried to prepare me for the next stage in the process. And in the courtroom, Brenda is a SHARK! My husband and I were very impressed on how she represented my case, she is assertive and so professional all at once. Our case was finalized yesterday and we are very happy with the outcome, it is fair, reasonable and I feel that my sons thoughts and feelings were validated. I couldn't recommend Brenda more!!! She is definitely someone you want to represent you, she truly has your back and best interest at heart.

I needed the services of a family court attorney and got quite a few recommendations. The name most…read morefrequently mentioned by far was Attorney Paul Ferns. I talked with several others but decided to go with Paul. I am here to tell you he is the attorney you want on your case. He has been practicing law for over 20 years, knew every nuance about the case law and everything he told me turned out to be true. One of the things that set him apart (and this is no small thing) is that he listens to you and talks to you like a person, not like a customer or just another case. I am more than satisfied with his efforts and I'm happy to recommend him.

I was really disappointed, after receiving a referral from our estate attorney, that Chris…read moreinitially took my case, asked me to take the first steps, then fully ghosted me for 8 months until I gave up. I'd been trying to test this case for years and finally thought I'd found the right partner. It would've been simple filings, I agreed to pay and was good for it, he seemed interested in the novel theory, I presented sample filings, and HE ACCEPTED IT. He told me to send the initial letters which I promptly did, I received the replies which I forwarded to him, but I never, ever heard from him again, not even when it became an issue of I need to know if we're doing this or I will be in default--just 100% ghosted me. No "sorry I just don't have time" or "I changed my mind"--that would've sufficed instead of allowing me to think he might still be out there if I could just catch him in the right moment. Aside from the rudeness of this, the unprofessionalism is breathtaking. Nobody wants to have to call a lawyer. If we do, it's often b/c something has gone horribly wrong, and we are particularly vulnerable. To treat people this way in that state is, to use a legal term, unconscionable.

I've heard from multiple people he's garbage and treats his clients like trash! I should have listened and caught on that he was the FIRST lawyer I was able to actually speak with cause other lawyers are busy being great lawyers to their clients the RIGHT way! In an emergency, she traveled from one end of the state to the other to ensure paperwork was signed by the court the same day, so we could keep my family safe. Some states do not believe a father can care for their child, but through Felicia's guidance, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, we were successful in court. She is a very skilled, professional, and personable attorney who truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend her for any matters concerning family court.

Susan initially represented my ex-wife in our divorce proceedings, but her handling of the case was…read moredisorganized and unprofessional, leading to the retention of a new attorney to finish it. She was unable to settle anything, and her approach was chaotic. Throughout the process, Susan instructed her client to disregard court orders, stop providing financial assistance, and even lie. Here are a few points based on my experience: Do not provide her office with discovery until she provides it to you first. Do not trust everything she says--ensure all agreements are in writing and filed with the court. Listen to your attorney and avoid trying to be reasonable with Susan. Be assertive, and honestly, you don't need an attorney to go up against her. Based on my experience with Susan, I would NOT recommend hiring her for any criminal case or even Family Court matters. Also, her response time is poor, she is rarely in the office, and she doesn't work on Fridays. Good luck!

As someone relying on professional guidance, this left me feeling frustrated, confused, and unsupported. He listened to everything I had to say and asked pertinent questions to obtain necessary case information. My case was fairly convoluted however he was able to obtain the result I desired. I honestly feel that the reason I am now safe is because of his hard work and diligence. He was very well educated with regard to evidence, statutes, etc. He worked harder than he probably should have during my hearing, which took much longer than expected. He was able to obtain necessary testimony and admit evidence incredibly effectively. I was under the impression that the defendant's attorney was nearly impossible to beat, and was fairly pessimistic regarding the result of my hearing because of this. Attorney Ribezzo was absolutely amazing and, in my opinion, completely changed my preconceptions of the defendant's attorney. I would strongly encourage anyone who has any legal issue to seek representation from Attorney Ribezzo. I cannot believe that anyone would retain this man and walk away dissatisfied. I thank Attorney Ribezzo for everything he has done for me and thus, for my family as well. I will not hesitate to contact him for any legal needs I may have in the future.
