Staff was very courteous. Only reason i give 4. Stars is because there is no place to eat. Make it hard when out of town. Will go back next time. Also reasonable prices.

Unfortunately we came close to closing time so a lot of things were gone. But there were still some huge croissants and Chocolatine, Quiche, cakes, pastries. We ordered six chocolatines to go and one quiche Lorraine. The Chocolatine were 2.65$ each, the croissants were 2$ ezch and the quiche were 15$ each. I was simply amazed by the size of the Chocolatines I couldn't pass up get! And even after a 1 he ride back home the Chocolatines were still flaky and crunchy. We put one of them in the microwave for 5 seconds just to melt the chocolate inside and wow the chocolate was owy gooey melted while the outside was still flaky and buttery! The quiche we actually had it the next day. I put it back in the oven 325 For 15 minutes. Checking in between when I was close to five minutes left to make sure they didn't burn. Cutting the slice the layers looked great! Starting from the bottom there was A layer of pie, A layer of ham, on top of that a layer of egg and finally a layer of cheese. The crust was a little thick for my liking but it was still very good. I was very impressed by the Chocolatines so I would definitely get more of those! Great place to check out if your on your way to Bromont or on your way back like us!

The Long Version: My husband and I were driving from Ottawa to Laval and stopped by this bakery to grab a snack. Everything looked delicious, but we settled on a raspberry cannolo and a chocolate lobster tail pastry. They were $5.95 each. The raspberry cannolo was tasty. The shell was crunchy and the filling was a ricotta cheese filling with raspberries. The lobster tail pastry was even more delicious. One end was dipped in chocolate and crushed hazelnuts. The pastry was rich and flakey and the filling was a creamy chocolatey custard. The lobster tail pastry was larger and I feel it was more bang for our buck. They had lots of pastries including Napoleons and croissants. I had a chuckle when I saw that they had the French-Canadian pastry called Pets de Soeur because it translates to Nun's Farts. Lol. It's spiraled pie dough with butter and sugar. I'm actually not a fan of the taste, but I find the name hilarious. Anyway, they also have breads and pizzas, as well as savoury items like Arancini and Calzones. Staff were pleasant. I would love to return to try other items. They have free parking on-site. It's diagonal parking, and the lot is a bit narrow, so a little difficult to maneuver if the lot is full. Worth the hassle though. Review #100 (2025)
