Great bakery, as you walk in you are overwhelmed by the delicious smells of fresh bread, baked good and sandwiches. The raspberry croissants are a hit here, huge and delicious, also the chocolate eclairs. The best I have ever had, I never had an éclair filled with chocolate cream, very very good. I bough a bunch of sweets for the team here and it made everyone's morning better. A must visit while you are in Sherbrook. read more

We came on a summer Sunday at 9am, and it's still quite busy and we waited for about 10 numbers in front of us. The croissants are amazing, loved the raspberry one. The macarons are very good, not too sweet and a lot of variety to choose from, very summery color. The sandwiches are also very good, especially the ones with croissants. We also get a special bread with olive, a bit hard to chew but very tasty. read more

Les Vraies Richesses is a large bakery located in Sherbrooke and is definitely worth the trip. They have a wide variety of excellent pastries and bread. The quality of their offering is excellent and size and décore of their bakery is impressive. In particular we really enjoyed their meringue topped lemon tart and "Essential" bread. The blueberry raspberry feuillette, which I suspect may be a seasonal offering, was both beautiful and mind blowing my tasty. Based on what we've tried there's no going wrong with their bread or pastries, although this would not necessarily be a go to spot for croissant. read more
